Philips 50 pack dvd+r 16x speed blank discs

No problem with these recordable dvd`s - have used Philips brand for over 12 years now and never had a problem. Seller was quick to post only delay was I waited until I`d used a couple of them! Highly recommended.

I store old documents and photos as backups on DVD. Safer than an external drive as they are prone to dying on me. These discs do the job and don't take up a lot of room. Better than losing those memories.

First time ever lots faulty. Will reorder as in the past so reliable.

I have been using Philips +R dvds for years and have never had one yet that has failed to record correctly. Moreover, the recorded data (mostly camcorder video) doesn't seem to corrupt with age - at least for the five years that I've been using the disks. Can always get them at a reasonable price compared with alternative makes, so why bother changing. I'm happy with this product.

These are amazingly reliable. Two mis-burns in an entire stack, and I know which butter-fingers is to blame. That's why I'm hiding in the cellar. So pretty, too; until you do a burn, you can't even SEE the grooves!

I have been using Philips DVD+R discs for seven years now. I have also, occasionally, used other branded name discs, and they have never come up to the same standard. I cannot remember the last time a Philips disc failed on me, and the record quality is always great (depending on the quality settings on the recorder). Even years later, the older discs seem to play well, with no noticeable degradation on the quality. My biggest worry is they are becoming harder to come by online. Amazon seems to be the only major place to get them in decent bundle numbers these days. I would thoroughly recommend these discs. As I say, after years - not just days or weeks - For me at least, other discs have never come close on quality.

It would appear I got a bad batch of discs, Must be from factory production. some are burned without problem & have now 12 discs spat out from burning. some of those 12 don't even read in my disc drive. Very weird. have successfully burned almost 20 without issue so far.

I was looking for a cheaper way to save stuff I liked to disc from my DVD hard drive than using DVD +RW discs. According to the Panasonic help line +R discs should work but I was unable to format them despite testing the first 10 discs. I would like to say the item was superbly well packed however and the after sales service from amazon once I had decided to return the product was superb also, so thanks for that at least!

Parfait pour les sauvegardes. Belle alternative aux disques durs ou aux clés USB quand un DVD suffit. Très bonne qualité et longévité.

Nach enttäuschenden Erfahrungen mit billigeren Konkurenzrohlingen bin ich mit den Philipps Rohlingen sehr zufrieden. In der ganzen Spindel nicht ein Rohling, der Probleme beim Schreiben gemacht hätte. Im Vergleich zu den Scheiben von Verbatim, wo zum Teil jeder 4. Rohling Schrott war, kommt man hier unter dem Strich billiger weg und hat auch die bessere Datenqualität
