Bought this car alarm for a week long trip I was taking where my vehicle would be parked in a public parking garage for a majority of the time and was looking for something to give me some peace of mind when I came across this product. Setup was simple with the apps step by step instructions. The only problem i ran into was an issue with the software update step (probably due to my car being an older vehicle from 2005) but was quickly resolved by the Keeps Technologies team within minutes.

This product was so easy to install in my car. It took me all of about 10 minutes to have it up and running, making me feel so much safer with this car theft deterrent. The only thing is I tried to update the firmware from my garage, which does not have good cell phone reception, and had to wait till I got to work, better reception, before the devise was fully updated. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants an added layer of security to protect their vehicle.

I finally found a car alarm that does it all. Car thieves beware! Installation was easier than I thought thanks to the super simple installation instructions that came with the KEEP alarm. I am super happy with my purchase.

I bought this alarm because I have a convertible mustang and there are times. I don’t like to put the top up. This was one of the very few options that was out there and I’ve been incredibly impressed. It works very well with no false alarms. I did have an issues with the app, not notifying my Apple phone when there was a deterrent. I reached out to them and they responded almost immediately. They said they would look into it and get back with me. They got back to me the next day said that they would have a fix for my issue on the app and within a week or so they had updated the app and everything works great I did have another issue where the alarm was no longer connecting with my phone I used their text support within a matter of minutes they responded back, asked a few questions then said they thought it would be best if they sent me out a new alarm. This was 4 PM on a Thursday they said they would get it sent out right away , I should have it early part of the following week. To my amazement. I received my new alarm Friday the very next day right around the same time 4 PM. Talk about amazing customer service. I’m still amazed how they could even get me a new alarm so quickly quickly being that I’m in Arizona and I think they are in Georgia. You just don’t find customer service like that these days. I would highly highly recommend this alarm because it works very well and also because the incredible customer service.

Not only does this device work to alarm and deter but upgrades are on the way to allow activating the cameras to view at any time. I can't say enough good things about the customer service. Any questions I've had, have been jumped on immediately and taken care of. This is not a paid advertisement. I am a customer that paid for this unit myself.

I really had high hopes for this product since I bought it to scare people from trying to go near my car. I had it on the highest sensitivity and you had to literally almost touch the window for the alarm to go off. I’ve tried refreshing the device and messing with the settings hoping there was some kind of mistake or error on the sensitivity but I still had to almost press my face against the window/glass for the alarm to go off. Another thing is that the camera doesn’t reach the rear window so if someone was there, the alarm wouldn’t be able to go off until they get near the device. Another thing was that there was cable holders to keep the wires in place but I used all 6 of them and not ONE had strong enough sticky grip to stay on my car. So the wires were just dangling and I had to buy my own cable clips to hold the wire in place. Lastly I wish the camera had night vision. The picture I had was during sunset and it was almost dark and even during the night you couldn’t see anything or picture out who was in the picture if someone set off the alarm.

This is a fantastic product. Setup took less than 10 minutes including a software update. Clear instructions. Fits incredibly securely in my vehicle. The app seems great and when I demo’d how it works to a friend they were really impressed. Very sturdy build quality. Happy customer, thanks Keep!
