I have sacroiliac and sciatic nerve problems and am in a lot of pain most of the time. After much research and thought I realised that I needed to support my back pelvic area - somewhat similar to supporting a twisted knee. I found this belt and read the reviews which convinced me that for the price of 10 coffees this could be helpful. I received the belt very quickly and have worn it off and on since. It immediately stopped the really bad pain and definitely eased the general discomfort in my back and down both legs - although it is mainly the left leg that is affected. I have used the two belts that can be brought around to make the belt tighter but found that these did not help, however, I will keep on wearing the belt and trying out these extra belts to assess if they help in the long term.If you suffer from lower back problems which physiotherapy and pain management don't help, then I would recommend that you try this belt.

bought this in the hope of releving pain for sc joint severe pain, it did work for a very short period of time on the pain side and did work ok, but it just does not stay where you wish it to stay once you start moving around if slips and crease and digs into your abdomen, you then have to take it off which puts you back to sguare one.VERY SHORT TIME OF PAIN RELEIF AND UNCOMFORTABLE

I have progressive Multiple sclerosis and my walking speed is now measured in hours per mile rather than vice versa and the way I walk is not the most elegant so it causes quite a lot of aches and pains around my hips, pelvis and lower back. This belt makes walking pain free most of the time and makes me feel much more secure and stable. I do do stability exercises but am only able to do them at quite a low level so this gives the the extra help to keep me going for a walk every day.

Got this as a replacement for a similar product, which is/was about 18 years old, and still (sort of) works. If this one lasts anywhere near as long I will be happy. If you have used one of these before or it has been recommended to you, it will most likely meet your needs. Can't really comment on pain relief though, as that is not what this product is designed for... it is to stop your pelvis tipping whilst under duress.

As a sufferer of SI joint pain I was told to get one of these by a consultant. It is very well made and you instantly feel the support as soon as you put it on, the main belt goes around your bum area while two power belts come round the front and attach to the Velcro to give an even tighter hold which feels great.It doesn't nip you or chafe you either and is coated with aloe Vera for your skin. Don't bother with the other belts this one is all you need.

I am a male in my Eighties with bad spinal problems but I try to remain active as far as possible, bending down to carry out any job is almost impossible, I have only had Belt for few days and have found it a help but to early to say how much. Your Model is not in anyway built the way I am as unfortunately my girth is not straight up and down

I DON'T USUALLY POST REVIEWS BUT... A really poor product, when you tension the outside tension staps the back of the inner support belt ripples which is very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't check the returns policy before purchase... a lesson learned!!!! I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Excellent product for supporting my back . However I have to use it more or less constantly at the moment and the stitching on one of the side strips is coming undone. Maybe your stitchers need to double up on those vulnerable ends.
