This is the right price for the right product. This sun shade provides great sunshade even in the Texas heat. The color is perfect, a mix or dark brown and black. Very easy to install with the items that are included. I've had in for over 1 year in the Texas glaring sun and it still looks new so it looks like it will be very durable for a few years. Must buy.

I ordered this for my patio because the Sun here in South Central Texas will bake my plants! Last year I utilized one of those stretchy Greenhouse type shades which worked but eventually tore because I had to stretch it around the top edges of my patio fence in order to secure it. This year I went with this pergola cover. I ordered it in a 6x16, because my patio is 8x16 and the attaching it to the balcony above me I didn't need it quite eight feet width. However, It's actually closer to 17 ft long because it would have overlapped onto my neighbor's patio. So the loose Edge I had to fold under. That is my only complaint about it! I secured it using eye hooks and stainless steel Carabiner clips. That way it's easy to take down and put up. Now I've seen some reviews on this type of product where people say that the eyelets tear. Keep in mind this is NOT a stretchy Greenhouse type material. It is meant to be pulled snug/tight but NOT, and I repeat NOT STRETCHED or you will tear the eyelets! I'm very happy with this cover, and it looks way better fit to the exact size of my patio instead of being stretched over the edges on the outside. UPDATE: so I believe it’s been a little over two years since I purchased this Pergola cover to shade my patio. It is withstood rain storms, and 50 mile an hour winds. It even made it through hurricane barrel without so much as any type of damage whatsoever. If you install it right and don’t overstretch it it will last you a long time. Great investment for the money and does the job exactly as intended.

I call this affordable fabric a poor gal’s solution for makeshift pergola. I draped the sunshade cloth over strung wires and it’s wonderful. The grommets are well placed and appear sturdy in the seamed edges. This product is well constructed and includes accessories to hang the material. Once it was up, there was immediate relief from the sun. Five stars!

Awesome material, strength and color. Provides the shade I needed for my plants and patio. Very easy to hang. I would give 5 stars but didn’t come in the 3x10 ft size that I needed. I will keep looking tho’.

This shade cloth is true to size at 5x10. It is lightweight to work with. We like that it came with laces and zip ties. We used the laces in a temporary set up so we could adjust the shade, getting it taunt, and then put in the zip ties. The cloth color is black and brown. The edges are reinforced and the grommets were intalled well. This provides good shade with filtered light and it appears it would let water through. It is not a plastic tarp. This is a good value for the money.
