Bought these with my sceptics head on... they or some almost identical are available at my local gas supply shop at a hugely inflated price so I was unsure if these would do the job being as they were several times cheaper.But they DO !!Used in my camper, wanted to be able to use the same bottle with a cooker and an outside water boiler for cleaning/showering. stuck one in the original cable and another on a long extension tube and I can use the boiler outside whenever I want without having to leave the hose connected.Execellent purchase and highly recommend

I bought several of these so that I could mix and match gas appliances (BBQ, double hob, heater) with regulators (propane, butane, camping gaz, campervan). So far so good. Remember to attach the female part with the valve to the supply side. Use a little washing up liquid to help slide on the rubber hose and clamp with jubilee clip. Initial uses have proved to be gas tight and very simple to connect and disconnect a variety of appliances. I wish that I had these years ago. No need to buy multiple regulators and I can switch the BBQ easily between different kinds of gas cylinder. Seem to be good value for money. Long term use and maintaining the gas seal cannot be judged this soon after purchase and fitting. I recommend the product.

Excellent! Bought to easily connect and disconnect my Ooni pizza oven from the bottle (which I’ve put on a 10m pipe!!!) and now is super simple, and super efficient! Love it! I’m such a geek!!! 😆

Used to extend a BBQ hose - can now remove and keep tidy. Perfect.

These are reassuringly weighty without being too heavy. They lock in with a satisfying click providing a secure fit.Just add the valve side to the cylinder side, at which point you get 2 points of gas safety, and the small through piece on the appliance side and you are set.I've seen some people doing the opposite, which isn't advisable. A few did realise what they were doing but as their set was 1 valve and 2 through pieces, and they had one appliance and 2 separate types of cylinder, they used it that way.I picked this one and to get 2 sets (2 valves), one for each of my cylinders. No compromise. Besides, the difference was only a few quid.HTH

Used on campervan below the manifold outside.Allowds a " back door" solution to using a portable ( regulated) propane tank when the front door LPG runs out.Good for barbies and all sorts.
