Great home kit for tinting your eyebrows and lashes. Amazing value for money, easy to apply and really effective and long lasting. My lashes and brows look amazing.

I'm a natural redhead and have pale eyelashes, I have been dyeing my eyelashes since my early 20's I'm now in my 60's so I've used most eyelash dye products.I was a bit worried about using this as other reviews mentioned the stinging and irritation, so I done my bottom eyelashes first, then the top lash line, all seemed OK, I was worried as it seem very light, I thought they had mixed up the label and sent me brown not black.I waited 15 minutes and was very pleased with the result, the black is a strong black and the end result was really good.I didn't go right up the to very top lash line as I was making sure I didn't get a reaction ( Even though I done the test patch)In a weeks time I will redo going right up to the lash roots.My Tips... I bought a pkt of disposable mascara wands to use for the next lot of dying, the one sent is too short. Plus I think it's more convenient and less likely to get bacteria on the used brush, plus washing it you send up with dye stains on your fingers.I would never dye my eyelashes the way they recommend, closed eye, I done this one and the dye slipped between the closed lashes and stung so bad, tears streaming down my face which made it worse, I rushed over to the sink to get the product out of my eye (this was a different product)I put it on like a mascara (very carefully and slower as not to get it on my skin) and getting it off I don't use any cotton wool pads or buds as the fibre can come off and makes it difficult to clean.I use toilet roll, dampen it and carefully do up strokes to get most of it off, then slightly more wet to get the rest off then wipe off with very wet toilet roll.This product does stain if it gets on your skin so don't rush and clean off skin immediately.The little eye shields didn't stick very well but I didn't really need them as I wasn't going to shut my eyes to dye the lashes.I would recommend and will definitely use again.

Worth paying a little bit extra for this eyelash dye. I’ve used several over the years, and even the best sellers don’t come near this. Very quick, didn’t sting my eyes and gives a really dark effect. Looks like mascara, and ideal for the summer

The product is very easy to use, simply follow the instructions and works super well! I like that it came with the under eye patches to protect my skin as well. It tinted my eyelashes lovely and dark after one application and it’s lasted for 3 weeks already and still looks good!

I usually put mascara on everyday to get some colour on my eyelashes. I've never tinted my eye lashes before so I was a complete novice. The instructions were incredibly simple and easy to read. I put vaseline on just one side of the cotton bud tip so I didn't accidentally spread it all over my lashes before applying the mixture. I did find the eye patches that go under the lower eye hard to stay in place, probably just need a little practice, but I ended up just not using them and being careful. The way the instructions say to put the mix on the top lashes is by closing your eye and going from root to tip, this personally didn't work for me (maybe it would have with the patches in place?) so I just kept them open and did it root to tip from the other side being very careful... That being said, obviously follow the instructions - but I do think you'll find your own way. I did get a little in my eye and it is stingy, but having cotton buds to hand was very helpful. I kept checking how it was developing over the 10/15 minutes so I could keep an eye on any I'd accidentally got on my skin around my eye and wipe it off with a slightly dampened cotton bud as it was developing on my skin. There is a little bit of a fuzzy sensation in your eyes while it's on, but it certainly isn't painful or uncomfortable.The results are subtle, but it has definitely made a difference. I would certainly recommend it, I imagine it's brilliant for people with really light lashes...as mine are a bit of a mix, I was just hoping for a boost which I definitely think was achieved. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts until I need to redo them.Would definitely recommend this product 👍

I have been tinting my own eyelashes for over 10 years and this is the worst product yet. No idea why it has so many good reviews.The brush is tiny and impractical. The stuff stings so badly! I had to rinse off 3 times and even when I used the brush I’m used to it was still bad. It also stains a lot worse than other products. In my opinion I would avoid. Looks nicer than it is!
