It proved really difficult to remove links. No tool
I was lucky to find a helpful shop manager at Timpsons who removed two links.

Amazing quality and Visually perfect
Bought for a present so I cant yet comment on pain relief although the quality of the bracelet is brilliant and looks like fashionable piece of jewellery and not just a medically beneficial bracelet.

my CTS hasn't played up once and it certainly isn't any worse for wearing it
Since I bought it I have been wearing it 24/7 for two weeks. Can't say for definate that it has improved my aches and pains, my CTS hasn't played up once and it certainly isn't any worse for wearing it. Looks good but easily scratched, if I was buying it again I would get a steel or titanium coloured one rather than a black one.
