Good for refueling
Overall it's good. I like them because they are heavy in protein. The one issue I find with metrx protein bars is they can be up on sugar and kinda hard so you might wanna drift away I'd you're serious about your teeth. Overall though, they're good for heavy workouts

Needs to be reduced in size. High carb for diabetics.
