Style Name:Single Learn to sew your own Breton top or knit dress with this easy-to-use sewing pattern. Simple to sew for beginners, Coco is easy fitting, with no zips, buttons or other fiddly bits. You will also receive a step-by-step colour photo guide, with jargon buster, clearly labelled pattern pieces, and photos of each step. Designed for low-stretch knit fabrics, this classic style features a boat neckline, choice of top or dress lengths, three quarter length or long sleeves, with side splits at the hips on the top version. Make it your own with optional sixties funnel roll neck, rolled cuffs and patch pockets. You will need: • Fabric - 2m x 150cm wide (2 ¼ yards x 60in) OR 2.7m x 115cm wide (3 yards x 45in) for dress or funnel neck top; 0.5m (1/2 yard) less for top • Matching thread • Ribbon (30cm x 6-8mm wide) or stay tape • Stretch or ballpoint needle for your sewing machine • Sewing machine and basic tools (a rotary cutter and mat are useful). Fabric suggestions: Medium weight knit fabric with very little stretch. Look out for interlock knit, double knit, ponte di roma, or feel the fabric to check it's not too fine or stretchy. PERFECT PATTERN
A really simple straightforward dress pattern. I traced off the size I needed onto swedish tracing paper (also from Amazon) so I could be sure I got the correct size. I'm normally a shop size 12 but need a size 16 in this. It's quite normal though to be a completely different size in clothes you make yourself, so this didn't put me off at all.The pattern has very easy to follow instructions with photos to help along the way.My finished dress fits perfectly with no additional alteration needed. I had it sewn together in an hour or so and it looks great on.I'm very much a beginner with dress making but this was so easy to make and its WEARABLE!! Definitely will be making more.

Great, easy to use patterns😀
What a great pattern. I've never made anything before that just "fits" I always have to tweak it a bit and quite often it just never sits right!! This pattern was very easy to make (took 1 day) and the results were amazing, there are large clear coloured pictures that make every step incredibly simple! have bought several other Tilly and the button patterns since then and can't wait to start them.

Brilliant pattern*****
Brilliant pattern, clear and easy to follow instructions. I love how quick Coco top is make. So far I've made two and they became my most favourite tops to wear. The fit is great, too. I can't wait to make more when I get the time. Would definitely recommend this pattern to those looking for a quick, straightforward, satisfying project.
