Excellent Water filter, easy to use. I've been using this water filter for a several months. It's compact. The setup was straightforward-no tools or specific skills needed.The taste of the water is biggest win. It's noticeably cleaner, with no chlorine aftertaste or odor. I purchased this mainly to supply scale-free water to an opal ice maker. This kit was very easy to install, I only needed to find one threaded adapter for my smaller 3/8 water lines. Everything else was included, and went together easily with no leaks. Very thoughtful design, such as the water inlet/output on top, in a small well, for easy inspection or service. I really like the filter status and TDS lights on the faucet itself - love how integrated and compact the whole thing is. Changing the filter is very easy. Quiet and takes care of itself with auto flush and pump built-in. Would recommend - especially at the price, it is an excellent value.

My wife and I used to buy 8-10 gallons of purified water from the store weekly. The struggle with loading and unloading was too real. Looked into multiple under counter RO water system. Most of the RO systems I was looking at were pricy. I stumbled across this one and had to give it a try for the price. Not only that, the waste water ratio was way lower than the rest too. Set up was a little longer that it said it was, but that's time in a lab. Still was a breeze to get all set up and running. Love the DTS read out on the water spout. Would never go back to buy gallon water jugs again.

About to reach a year of purchase , water taste great , but very disappointing a lot of comments about the filters no longer available . So is this going to be a useless filter once I need a filter replacement? I tryed to find it and can’t find anything . What would be the solution Amazon?? Pple needs answers !

We love this RO Water Filtering System! It's one of the best purchases we've made and also a great investment! For the price, you cannot beat this! It's a very good quality system and does not take up much space below the sink. It was also easy to install. I love the smart faucet with the TDS monitor, so you know how good your water quality is, and it looks very nice on my kitchen sink. The best part of all, I know I am getting good quality drinking water--it looks very clean and clear! I highly recommend this RO Water Filtering System!

The product arrived on time and I was able to set it up in about 20 minutes. The installation was very easy and every steps was in detail with the included instructions. The size of the unit is not that big compare to other system it fits perfectly under the sink. Everything is running good as expected until about 3 months of usage I noticed cloudy white water coming out of the faucet. Either the filter is bad or the system is not working…

This is the best water filter I’ve ever used. It tastes like the water from the glaciers of Antarctica. Absolutely serene. It is also extremely quiet, which is benificial until you forget you wanted water. On top of all of this, this filter system was very easy to install. No leakage thus far. All in all an A+ grade from me. :)

The system was easy to install and worked well. Customer service responded quickly when I had a flow rate issue. That’s the only thing about this system, it’s low volume and slow. But it’s tidy and works.
