I love the ability to hold my stethoscope to my waist, and for the most part, this device does the trick. It’s not perfect, but I don’t know how it could be improved or of a better device. This keeps my stethoscope near me and off my neck. During clinicals (ER) and in more controlled environments I’ve had no issues with this device. It was wonderful. In the field (fire-medic) I have had a couple issues. A few times the Velcro was not snug around the head of my stethoscope and it fell out. And, once, while stepping up into my apparatus, my holder caught the edge of the door and bent the belt clip outward to the point that it could not be bent back and wouldn’t hold securely to my belt - rendering it useless. That said, this seller gave me no hassles in honoring their warranty and promptly replaced my holder. Very pleased.

Helped a lot with back/shoulder pain when I stopped wearing my stethoscope around my neck, believe it or not. I also have to wear a wired earpiece at work that clips to my collar, so having that plus my badge plus my stethoscope was just too much stuff getting tangled around my neck. I wear this clipped to my right hip on the waistband of my pants. I almost exclusively wear the Cherokee Heartsoul scrub pants that don’t have cargo pockets so this was my next best solution for carrying my stethoscope around since I refuse to have it around my neck. It’s not terribly heavy to have a stethoscope on my hip. Depending on the type of waistband, I will rarely notice it weighing my pants down a little on one side. Most of the time I don’t even notice it’s there. No question about the quality/durability of it. The clip is really tight...almost a little too tight and can be hard to slip onto my pants, but it’s never fallen off, and I’ve never had issues with stethoscope fit either. I slot the bell between the earpieces just like in the product picture and have never had my stethoscope fall out.

As a healthcare worker, one of the most annoying things about patient encounters is needing to carry around tools. Stethoscopes can be unruly and difficult to carry. I initially ordered this product because I was tired of wearing my stethoscope around my neck. I found that it was always getting in the way, and it was also starting to wear down the tubing. This product is a gamechanger and I wish I got it sooner! It is very comfortable to wear and it holds the stethoscope in a really organized manner. The design is also built to protect the bell and diaphragm and that is such an important factor because stethoscopes are not cheap! This product is well-made and I do recommend this to anyone who wears theirs for hours and hours at a time. Definitely worth the money!

The item is as described but the Velcro does not remain closed for me, nor does the belt clip secure it reliably on the waistline of my scrubs. I found it to be inadequate to safely secure my Littman and so I am not using it. Some of this may just be my work patterns as I am frequently in and out of chairs. Overall, though, I quickly discontinued use and moved my scope into a spacious utility vest pocket. Too much money and value in that thing to have it constantly tangling in chairs or falling loose while walking.

I bought this to get my stethoscope off my neck. It's where I've carried it for decades. The tubing would eventually get stiff and curved and I would have to replace it. This works great. Clips on my scrubs. Velcro holds my stethoscope in place. I haven't had it long enough to predict how it will hold up, but I don't see any signs of wear. I got the navy one. Looks good, light weight. Works great!!

I love this! After one night of my stethoscope getting passed around an ER where NO ONE ELSE had one on them, and seeing all of the *ahem* less sanitary places it sat before it was handed back to me, I knew that I needed some place that I could store my stethoscope - besides my neck - after it was in use, but before I was able to walk out of the room to sanitize it. This was my answer! It feels great to have it off of my neck and know that any icky bacteria that might be hanging out on it before I have the chance to clean it won't be on my skin. It is SLIGHTLY inconvenient with a scrub tunic top, but as long as you don't mind your shirt bunched a tad on whichever side you're carrying it, it works like a charm!

Used this when I was a full-time EMT and didn't want to lose my pricey stethoscope. Clips on easily, doesn't dig into the skin, and straightforward to take the scope in and out. Sleek and classy. Makes it easier to keep from putting it around your neck (which can corrode the tubing). Great option for healthcare providers who are on the move a lot. Survived lots of lifting & movement as well as Buffalo, NY winter. Great condition when I passed it down to an EMT friend two years later.
