It’s easy to use and looks nice. I’m picky about the strength of my coffee. I like a bolder brew. This has a setting for strength. I always press that option and get the perfect brew for my taste. It’s just one setting. Not several options. You press “on” for a regular brew and also press “strength” for a stronger brew. I’m not real crazy about the washable filter. I’ve never used one before this. It works just fine. I just don’t like having to wash it. Not that it’s that much of a chore and I suppose I could use paper filters in its place if I chose to. The user manual didn’t mention that. It’s lightweight and doesn’t have the “feel” of a high priced coffee maker but it looks good and works well and It fit my price range. It makes good hot coffee, doesn’t make a drippy mess when you pour a cup, like my Mr. Coffee always did. I’d buy it again. It seems a little slowerthan my previous coffee maker but I never make a full pot for just myself so it’s not a big deal to me. I always start my coffee before I start making beeakfast.. If I want a just a single cup at another time of day I use my little single cup coffee maker. But for breakfast I want more than one cup already made and ready pour.

The coffee maker is fine and works well. My only complaint would be the shape for the coffee grounds part is somewhat of a triangle type shape and makes it a little awkward to place in the typical circle coffee filters THOUGH this one has a “built in” filter that’s not supposed to need to paper filter. I don’t like how the grounds get kind of stuck to it and then I have to wash the grounds down my sink (the little left over bits that stick to the wall) so I typically still use a filter though its “not necessary”. Also the buttons are easy to hit on the front but in a bad way where while trying to just start it up for coffee, we tend to hit the other buttons and the time will change and we got to go and redo the time once it starts getting considerably off in minutes. Overall we do enjoy this product. The backend is a little wider where the water goes so it’s a little more roomy for trying to get cleaning things in there to properly clean.

I have had my coffee maker for just over a year, and I have noticed that it now turns on as soon as it is plugged in, without needing to press the power button. Previously, I kept it plugged in at all times, turning it on and off using the power button, which would light up red. Now, I have to unplug it after each use otherwise, it remains on indefinitely, as the power button no longer works!

I've had the coffee maker for almost two weeks now and have used it every day since. It looks nice on the counter and has done the job well. I have a few minor complaints but nothing that's really gotten in the way of using it:* It's a little hard to pour neatly into the reservoir because the opening is not very big.* The reservoir gauge is only on the right hand side, not the left. I can't see it while I'm pouring because there's something beside the coffee maker. I use a measuring cup instead.* The resuable filter lets some sediment/sludge through. I've only used paper filters in the past, so I don't know if this is normal for a reusable filter. I've been using paper filters instead, and they work as expected.Edit: after a couple of months it stopped keeping time well. In a given day, it will fall behind by about 5 minutes, so it's pretty severe. I have other appliances which don't have this problem, so I don't think the problem is the timing of the electrical supply.

The touch screen is very responsive and you barely need to touch it. On Off it has a timer so you can preset your coffee to be ready in the morning. Simple operation just add the desired water to the level or amount of coffee your making, add coffee, tap start and done.It comes with a reusable cone filter or you can use paper ones. The unit is light weight, takes up no space and it has a pause and serve and it makes a hot cup of coffee. It also has auto shut off which is niceThe carafe is nice and does not drip when pouring your coffee. Easy to rinse out and clean.The machine is quiet and takes about 9 minutes to brew a full 10 cups.Also has a brew strength feature for a stronger cup.Overall satisfied and you really can't beat the price and fast shipping.

Had coffee maker just over a year now and discovered that it now turns on the moment it gets plugged -in without hitting power button,I used to keep it plugged -in all the time turning on by hitting power button with the red -led then turning off the same way, now I must unplug after using or it will stay on indefinitely,power button is inoperable!
