KEVIS 8 is a water-based treatment that is applied directly to the scalp. Packaged in individual application vials, Kevis 8 is a formulation made in two parts that are mixed together just before application. The first part,in liquid form is Kevis 8's hyaluron formula. It bombards the follicle withnutrients, improves circulation, and removes unwanted debris such aspollutants and dihydro-testosterone (DHT, the medically recognized cause of hair loss) and creates a healthy environment on the scalp, allowing hair to grow more freely. The second part is the H.S.O.R. Booster which stands for Hydroxy Oxisteroidal Reductase. The name refers NOT to what the Booster is made of, but what it "does." The HSOR BOOSTER is a compound protein enzyme derived from a variety of botanical sources (plants!) In the human body enzymes are referred to as catalysts or "agents of change." Enzymes in the body are responsible for the build up and breakdown of cells and molecules. In the case of the HSOR Booster, which is a powder form additive that is mixed into the Scalp Lotion via a pre-set capsule just before application, its main purpose is to deactivate dihydro-testosterone (DHT) molecules on the scalp and render them inactive and harmless. Treatment is to be applied directly to the scalp 3 to 6 times per week, after showering or before bed. Usage per week is based on the severity of hair loss, but new users should expect aggressive usage in their first year, then possibly a maintenance program of 1 to 2 applications per week in successive years. How long someone must use the program depends on the individual's hair loss profile.
