Absolutely brilliant bit of kit. Wasn’t sure how well it would glide from hard floor to carpet but as it states, it does it with ease. Waste chamber very easy to remove and empty along with the filters. The hand held, great for the stairs and all those nooks and crannies with multiple attachment and a great scent. Got this bundle at a bargain price but would have happily paid full price. Both upright and the hand held are very powerful and don’t seem to lose it as battery level drops. This is used daily and get 3 full house Hoovers from a charge. Very light weight but seems very solid

Great product . Easy to put together ,lightweight and a long lasting battery . Hand held is quality for stairs and the car. Cleans up really well surprising to see how much it picks up previous hoover was a well known brand and this is outstanding.

Well packaged and easy to put together straight out of the box. Using on both solid floors and carpet this vacuum is lightweight and easy to use. The multi is great for use on the stairs and in the car. Very effective in collecting duts and hair. Overall very good value for money

Excellent vacuum cleaner. Gets the dust out of the carpet that the Dyson just didn’t have the power for. Battery lasts longer than stated - I think we had over an hour in total. The handheld is also amazing and lasts a long time. They both take around 2 hours to charge from flat, so I'd suggest investing in another battery if you have a larger space to clean. I love the fact that the upright is so very easy to push and pull back. The "self propel" feature makes it so easy to use that my husband is no longer having to do all the cleaning himself. I suffer with fibromyalgia, hEDS and arthritis so believe me when I say the upright is easy to push! The pull-back isn't hard either, so I dont quite understand how the vacuum can collect so much dust! With the handheld it's refreshing not to have to keep the power button pressed in when using - I despised tthat feature on the Dyson. The headlights on the upright are useful, but I'm yet to use it anywhere that needs extra light. All in all, a fantastic duo that im over the moon with - so much so that I bought one for my parents!

It’s good but neither the main Vacume, nor the hand held one do a very good job of the edges

Purchased for my mother as a lightweight alternative to her old heavy vacuum. She's over the moon with it and uses it daily. It has the cleaning power of a much heavier vacuum, picking up everything in its path. The design includes a drop down handle for easier storage meaning it fits in a very small space. Overall a very effective and fast little vacuum. 5 stars

Lightweight, strong pick up, manoeuvres easily. Surprised by the power both the upright and the hand held tool. It answers all of the needs of a household. Battery charges quickly. Interested to see longevity of the product.

We bought this to replace our older gtech vacuum cleaner that was 10 years old. We are impressed with the build quality, we love the LED light and ease of emptying the dust collector. Battery life is excellent. The additional hand held unit is of similar quality and is very versatile with the range of attachments supplied. Great for cleaning out the car.

I bought this because the design seems to make more sense than the stick vacuums. I no longer use my stick vacuums. There's always something falling apart or breaking. And with this vacuum, there are no more clogs. The maneuverability is really cool, light, and smooth. You can drive it with one finger. It's kind of like a little race car. They both have a lot of power. The upright picks up three or four times more than the stick vacuums. I compared them, I vacuumed a room with a stick vacuum, picked up a small amount, and then ran the Platinum over the same carpet and picked up a lot more! The noise level is about what you would expect, the operation and the results makeup for it. The scented part of the cartridges is not as offensive as people claim. It only lingers as you're cleaning. I find it soothing. I also find the battery life on both to be better than they advertise. It takes me up to 20 minutes to vacuum my offices, I have never used more than a quarter of a battery. The battery standby is as expected. The charging time is spot on accurate. The assembly and operation and cleaning up the device are easy peasy. Oh yeah. They are cool looking, especially when charging! UPDATE - it's been 5 months now. I use it in an office setting, 12 small offices. Ask anyone I've always hated vacuuming. Now I actually look forward to it. The floral scent is noticeable after a couple of weeks, but it's just a small hint. It's so much better than the old dirty carpet smell. The only negative is that it's hard to find accessories and extra parts locally. I don't need them, but I like to plan ahead and have them handy. Customer service told me these are new models, and over time, replacement parts will become more available. I am cheap, but I took a gamble, and so far, it's paid off. The snow is coming, there will be salt. I'll use the stick vacuums for that.

Je ne recommande pas ce produit, il est très fragile : après quelques utilisations le manche s'est fêlé et le fabricant m'a répondu que cette pièce n'était pas garantie et qu'il fallait passait une commande pour le remplacer. Après 1 an d'utilisation à très faible fréquence puisqu'il ne s'agit pas de mon aspirateur principal, le bouton de marche / arrêt ne fonctionne plus et le fabricant ne répond pas.

Ich habe den Gtech K9 AirRAM bestellt, weil er viele Features hat, die ich bei anderen Akku-Staubsaugern vermisse: herausnehmbarer Akku (Möglichkeit zum Wechsel-Akku), lange Laufzeit, gute Bewertungen bei der Saugleistung, selbstständiges Stehen, großer Staubbehälter usw. Die Bestellung kam schnell an, alles tip top, Zusammenbau war ganz einfach. Bisher also alles perfekt, aber jetzt kommen die Kleinigkeiten, die nicht ganz ideal waren: - Auf Hartböden ist die Saugleistung nicht wirklich gut (mir wurde vom Support noch geraten, die Bürste zu entfernen - dann würde die Saugleistung auf Hartböden besser werden, aber ich hatte diesen Tipp erst nach Absendung der Rücksendung gelesen). (Auf Teppich funktionierte der Staubsauger sehr gut.) - Der "Saugkopf" am Boden ist relativ groß, sodass man in einer kleinen, verwinkelten Wohnung nicht alle Ecken gut erreicht. - Die Handhabung des Staubbehälters zur Entleerung ist nicht ganz einfach, insbesondere weil man den Filter nach jedem Saugen mitwaschen müsste. Beim Herausnehmen des Staubbehälters ist auch schon ein wenig gesammelter "Dreck" herausgefallen. Insbesondere die ersten beiden Punkte haben dazu geführt, dass ich den Staubsauger wieder zurücksenden musste. Nach der Rücksendung habe ich das komplette Geld zurück bekommen. Insofern kann ich den Verkäufer und das Produkt generell empfehlen, wenn man mit den negativen Kleinigkeiten gut klar kommt.

I researched, waited to try to get best price, hemmed and hawed ... Then finally took the plunge. I am so glad I did! This is the best machine I've ever owned, and I will be buying again as gifts. I've used the vacuum several times daily since purchasing; they have quickly become favorites. Decent suction, easy maintenance and emptying of the dirt chamber. Powerful and relatively quiet. I replaced three corded vacuums with this set. The replaced machines still worked well (So I thought), but I was looking to replace three units with one, with the ease and portability of cordless. As many have done, when I received this vacuum I used the current vacuums, then the new machine. I will echo what has been said...I was surprised that the new machine picked up so much more dirt and pet hair. The battery life is outstanding. Just deplete fully before you recharge, and don't leave on charger. I am not an electrical engineer, but I've read this is key to ensuring long-life with batteries, esp. lithium. IMO, from years of using these tools I think it is valid ..I have some batteries still going strong after 8 years of use.

It suctions very good, works well and battery life is decent but its kinda made cheap. My vaccuum handle has stopped holding itself up now and the handheld fell on ground and broke. I also have kids who are hard on stuff so that could be it too. I taped the handheld and it still works fine and the vacuum still works great. I just have to prop it up against the wall. I bought it about a year ago so not too bad.
