It is underrated on its ability to cut through thick metal.
Great machine. It actually surprised me on how good it works the ability it has to cut through thicker steel. Is a very simple explanatory easy to use. however the downfalls of it is the power button is not quite up to par for durability if those connections are loose whatsoever they will start to get hot also you will need a least a 30 or 40 amp breaker on your outlet with proper gauge wire to feed it if you're going to use it away from your wall outlet make sure you run the proper AWG wire over the distance/length of your extension cable otherwise you're going to trip the breaker and that low settings too

Poor performance and quality
Wasn't impressed with the performance or quality of this machine. I guess after using a quality plasma cutter that goes through steel like butter you can't pick one of these up expecting the same thing.
