Initially i was disappointed because it seemed like they only lasted a short period of time. But after a few charge/discharge cycles seemed like they got better. I use 3 of these at a time in my milwaukee headlamp as a mechanic. I keep swapping them out all day long. They get hot for sure once theyve been on for a while and need to cool off before putting them on the charger again. I did have one dead one that wouldnt charge out of the box.

Charges and worked well like you'd expect

After 7 months of use in a Duracell LED flashlight (4 X AAA), one of the batteries had a thermal runaway. As shown in the picture, the positive terminal of the flashlight base melted. The battery in line with the one shown remained hot for over 30 minutes. Unsafe. Ruined flashlight.Before the melt down, from fully charged to light out, illumination time was significantly less than with standard alkaline batteries.

I have a large amount of battery powered items (remotes and lights and toys for the kids etc) and having some rechargeable ones is very nice as batteries are spendy and I like the idea of less waste. The battery charger plugs in via a (provided) usb cord (no outlet attachment is provided) and it has red lights to indicate the batteries are charging and green lights when they are done charging. For some reason one of the indicator lights remained red when the rest where green, I swapped the battery from that port to the next port over and eventually all the batteries were fully charged with no issues - all batteries and all ports are in working order. It took about two hours to fully charge all the batteries out of the package. They work well in the light I needed AAA batteries for. The instructions state that it will charge both AA and AAA type batteries but only 4 AAA batteries were provided with this product.

I want it to buy this for long timeI was keep buying Batteries quiet oftenThis is great it's a savings money item I very pleased with this product
