I like this balance of "Trace Minerals Full Spectrum." The Carlyle brand had been around for 40 years. It is also much more reasonable than some other brands. I compared the ingredients and this bottle has almost the exact same ingredients as expensive ones.I do take calcium however many studies are showing that we need much more than just calcium.
