Perfect fit and easy to apply
I've been using Expert Shield protectors for many years and have successfully applied them to more Leica, Canon, and Fujifilm camera models than I can count. And now with the Leica Q3, it's as simple as ever. A perfect fit and less than half the price of the Leica-branded screen protector.I always follow the super clear instructions provided on their website and I've never had a single one bubble on me. Just make sure to thoroughly wipe off the screen so it's free of any dirt/oil whatsoever, use masking tape as a "handle" as directed, go slowly, the rub it on! I love this product and can't recommend it more highly.

Great product for the price
This is much more affordable than Leicas glass screen protector. It comes with 2 glass screen protectors, and a microfiber cloth. The glass covers the screen perfectly with no gaps.It would have been nice if the team could’ve included pieces of sticky tape. Nonetheless, great quality. I’ll definitely be buying again!

Fit perfectly, Much cheaper than Leica screen protector
Note that this comes with 2 screen protectors. I bought the "Glass" one. I used the blue masking tape on the right edge of the LCD to aid with the alignment. You will need to"dry fit" to make sure the tape is at the correct position before peeling off the clear film on the protector and apply it to the LCD. I had the screen protector lean against the tape and slowly lowered it to the LCD. Since the screen protector will touch the right side of the LCD first, start applying pressure from the right side and work your way to the left side. NO bubble, one try - That's all it takes.

Garbage. Came with dust specks
Don’t waste your money. The QC of these things is a joke. Tried both protectors in a clean environment very quickly after pulling off the film, they both had some specks on them. Not looking to degrade a $6,000 camera with poor QC’d items like this one.

my second Expert Shield Glass Leica screen protector. Worked perfectly 3 years ago on my Q2 and just added one to my new Q3. Despite always being nervous about applying screen protectors - this couldn't have been easier. Fits the screen perfectly (very slight undercut) - No bubbles - Follow the online instructions. Watch the video (especially if it's your first time using the product). If it stays on as securely and bubble free as my 3 year old q2 - it will have been a perfect purchase.

Tricky to align but in the end worth it.
They give you two in the package. Not one but they don't tell you. Very nice quality but they need to have an alignment tool to make it fool proof. I got the one that says glass. Crystal clear. You have to clean the Q3 screen with wet wipes not included and then clean it with a microfiber cloth, then blow off any dust with air can. Put simple masking tape on one side of the protective screen and form a hinge on the camera to align. This takes patience and a steady hand. Failed on first attempt as it had some imperfection under the screen. Not dust. On the second try it turned out perfect. Great protection and the company offers help even if you don't get it right. Regardless of the alignment issues. I recommend this product. Once you get it on right. It's perfect protection for your camera's rear menu display. Just like you do for an iPhone only the Q3 costs $6,000. I felt I should protect the screen. Looks great and it can be remove with no residue. It can't damage the camera. Only protect it. To repeat, Expert Shield needs an alignment tool like they have with Spigen glass screens for the iPhones. I think the Expert Shield is a quality product for the Leica Q3. Don't settle for second best with such a fine camera. The how to video could be better also.

Great product with simple and easy application; *outstanding* customer service
EDIT: 03/27/2018 - Expert Shield is still checking in with me to insure my experience with their product has been a positive one, as well as sending me yet another GLASS free of charge. They have a customer for life.The product itself gets a 5 star review, because I have always had a positive experience using them on various devices, LCD screens, etc. I typically DESPISE applying protective screens because if the application is anything less than perfect (trapped dust, bubbles) it will drive me crazy and I'll have to begin anew with a fresh protector. These Expert Shields are extremely easy to apply-especially so if you follow their instructions on how to due so in the best manner.Unfortunately, the protector I ordered for my Leica M10 camera was part of a bad batch where the protector itself was warped due to what I assume was manufacturing error; which was the first time I encountered anything like this with an Expert Shield product. After letting them know about this they immediately sent me a replacement and I also ordered a second one from Amazon so I would have it ASAP. Sure enough, the second one I ordered from Amazon was part of the same bad batch and suffered from the same issue. When I received their replacement, it too was affected.I updated them on my status and told them that I absolutely did not expected to be re-imbursed for the second one I ordered for myself via Amazon and that their replacement suffered from the same aforementioned issue. Not only did they insist on refunding me for the product I didn't expect to be re-imbursed for, they are now sending me TWO more replacements from an upcoming run of a fresh batch.So like I said, I automatically give Expert Shield's GLASS a 5 star review but if I could, I would give Expert Shield's customer service a 10 star review.I wish more companies were like them.
