So realistic, great fun and the Wooden pirates fit great for imaginary play. Great to educate on the parts of ship. All the parts (ie. cannons that spring load cannon balls, plank, steering wheel, rope ladders and lookout point) are spot on. All parts can be stored inside boat as the back opens up. We love wooden toys like this and great for price. The only reason I gave it a four star was because there were no instructions which just made assembly a little bit longer. Had to use box pictures to assemble. My 4 yr old daughter started playing with it immediately.

Took a minute to figure out assembly but we just looked at the picture on the box and figured it out. Nice wooden toy with working usable parts. Nice size to play with and so far very sturdy.

These are adorable. So precious and my son will love them. Lots of textures for him to explore. They're expensive, though. For such small dolls, the price should be half of what it is.

Such a great toy! Well made wooden toy. My boys (3 and 8) got it for Christmas and love it! I predict lots of hours searching for buried treasure with this pirate ship! Definitely worth the money. You won’t be disappointed!

Horribly disappointed with this. I’ve previously purchased Le Toy Van wooden toys from Scandiborn USA and not had any issues.I received this and immediately began putting it together. Within seconds, the banding holding the plank on snapped, I had to replace it with wire we have, also one of the flags on the pole is printed upside down. You can’t take it out without having to glue it back on.I wouldn’t care so much if this was cheap, but we pay good money for these toys so they can be used by many children.

And they match perfectly a wooden pirate ship that I was able to find at a thrift store. My 3 and half grandson adores them and plays Peter Pan with the pirates - of course, he is Captain Hook. Delightful set!

So freaking adorable!! I love, love these toy pirates. They are so well made and detailed perfectly. They are a little on the expensive side but the quality of them explains why they are pricey. I also purchased the Le Toy pirate ship and it is equally of good quality, very well made, and very detailed. My daughter loves both and enjoys playing with them. Great purchase!

We gave this to our grandson for his 5th birthday I also ordered a 3 piece set of pirates to go with it. He really enjoys playing with it along with some of his other toys setting up different scenarios. well built

So close to being a 5-star product but the instructions are ridiculously small so I had to guess ho to build it, this, unfortunately, lead to me having to unscrew and re-screw bits on as you have to do things in a certain order.Also, much worse than that, the holes on the mast to hold the mainsail are 1cm too far apart so the screw ended up going in at 45 degrees and will probably only last a week.The official pirates are way over-priced but amazon sells other wooden pirates for a lot less.

This product is faulty.As soon as we assembled we noticed that the item was of very poor quality when the sails ripped and frayed when trying to attach. The sail posts have since broken, the deck has come unglued as has the cannon and one of the clasps at the back has also snapped rendering this item unft for purpose. We have since purchased a cheaper pirate ship of much better quality...but no option to raise these issues with seller (amazon eu sarl) for them to rectify. Do not waste your money on this item.

Santa got this for our 3 year old daughter. Brilliant ship, looks lovely and is standing up well to some fairly enthusiastic play. She loves firing the cannon, throwing prisoners below deck and winding the anchor up and down. There have been lots of raids on a Lego village, followed by high speed chases! We bought the Le Toy Van figures that go with it and were delighted to find that a girl pirate was available - a rare thing despite the fact there were famous female pirates in the real world. Brilliant for imaginative, small world play.

A beautiful ship but i’m disappointed with the quality. I expected a high quality product. On unpacking, the cannon was broken, the elastic came off the sail and the black dye from the sail rubbed off on our hands.

Bought this for my Grandson Christmas 2013. He says it's his favourite toy. Though being just 4 I expect it will change. He took his time along with his Dad to assemble the Ship all nicely painted BEFORE assembly. Try to paint it after and it would look a mess, I found this out as a child myself with the Airfix Kits. If you purchase this toy DO BUY THE FIGURES which are not included otherwise your child cannot use their full imagination and the Ship quickly becomes an ornament.
