Does this come with lightening cream?

Good morning. Yes, this product does come with a lightening cream. The box contains a mixing tray, instructions, lightening cream, developing cream, color, a pair of gloves, a small spatula, and a small application brush. Not all of the Betty dyes come with lightening creams because they are not needed (such as the darker colors) but this one does. Hope this helps.

how long does it last?

Not that long if you shower every day. Probably about a week. And that was with considerable color fading. So you may have to retouch throughout the month, but the box has a pretty good supply of color for that if you need it for an extended period of time.

Does the dye stain skin? For how long?

A little, but it washes off in one wash, stays on hair for a few days longer before fading. Fun for a night ;)
