This product is a must have if you’re trying to improve your game. It gives instant feedback on your swing without having to hit a ball. Can’t think of any other tool that’s helped me understand/improve my swing quicker than this.

Good for practice to hit the ball first. I use nearly everyday indoors using the 3 to 9 drill 9 (half swing). This will improve your ball striking. It did for me.

The velcro portion of the mat that should stay afixed to the rubber portion comes off when attempting to replace the hitting mat. I'm not sure if can be reglued but it is a poor design. Either put less felt on the glue portion, or less Velcro on the removeable portion. When the two are stuck together It would take 18- wheelers to pull them apart-- and, while trying to do that, the glued portion comes unstuck! Regarding the visual impact training aid--it is perfect. Nice display of impact. Except for the mat removal and ungluing of the retention pad I would give it 5 stars. I hope the company provides users with a fix!

Ok, I used mat for several month now and the mat faded, when I try to replace the mat, It was almost impossible to rip the old mat from its Velcro. The mat then was completely separated from the rubber mounting. Very disappointing.
