Highly recommend. By week 1 I saw a gain of 4 pounds. By week 6 my arms are the biggest they have ever been and I am seeing significant strength gains and the weight gain has stopped. Compared to other products I feel this is the best value. The pill size isn’t too big and has no taste. I haven’t noticed any side effects other than massive cannons.
