I have had the tablet for about a week. I added a 128 gb sd card in addition to the device's already impressive 128 gb internal memory. This should give me more than enough storage for years to come. I love the fact that this device does not come loaded w/ bloatware. The peripherals, i.e. keyboard and mouse are great. I am actually using the keyboard to type this review and it works flawlessly. I had another Chinese tablet from LNMBBS that I had to return due to issues w/ the software. This Facetel tablet has really impressed me with it's speed. I am not a gamer so I do not know how it would work with processor intense games. I use it for email, news, and video. I use it for about an hour a day. I did notice that the battery seems to work best if you drain it and then charge it. When I got it the battery was almost fully charged and I noticed that the battery seemed to be going down fairly quickly. I let it go down to about 10% and then charged it to full. The battery is now lasting about three days with my amount of usage. It is on it's third day today and it is at 24%. If you are watching movies for several hours a day I suspect you would need to charge daily. I use the tablet to view my security cameras and the video streams very smoothly. All in all I am extremely happy with this device and would definetly recommend to a friend. You can pay a lot more for Apple or Samsung but this tablet meets all my needs and then some. Update: I have now had the tablet for more than a month and am even more impressed. I have been using it to cast video to my t.v. 's and it works great. If you were going to get the same performance from one of the big brands, I suspect you would have to pay more than twice as much. Great tablet.

Bought this for my daughter and it's been several months now of using it daily. She had dropped it a few times and the case has protected it. Unfortunately yesterday the screen did Crack. It fell on the corner. The picture still works thankfully. The speed is good She uses it to browse internet and play games. I'd buy this item again!!

When the tablet touch screen worked I was satisfied with all aspects of the device. The touch screen no longer responds while the display will show the screen that should only be invoked with a swipe down from the top. The swipe down screen will go away eventually but constantly pops up. I found 2 email addresses to contact the company but repeated emails to these addresses has not been acknowledged. Searching for help on google for contact info indicates that no one has successfully contacted facetel.

I like the tablet itself. The display is very bright and the touch screen is very easy to use. The included keyboard is a little tight for my big fingers butworks ok. However the included mouse has a problem - it needs the dongle to work with the tablet but the dongle is USB-A and the tablet does not have a USB-A socket so they include a USB-A to USB-C adapter. But that means you have to keep track of that additional necessary tiny piece. And with only 1 USB-C socket you can't be charging and using the mouse at the same time. That was my only disappointment.

It's a good tablet for kids to study on. Thin appearance level is high, the protective shell does not feel thick, and easy to use will not be stuck. Battery durable, almost a day of play no problem, trust! Touch the screen is also very responsive, and I have enough memory to store things. Tablet computer is really good deal, very satisfied with a shopping. Shipped quickly, very good! Give praise!

Work great for my needs

I could not download some social media apps I overly use which was a bummer. I gave it to a friend who uses it frequently with no problems surfing net.

So far impressed! It works well and feels solid. It's a great value for money. I mostly use this tablet for streaming and gaming. It runs very fast. I love that they have all the accessories. So far, it's good and easy to use.
