Just watch the videos online to see how to properly wrap various areas. I like that I can cut this tape to the desired length I need because the other brand comes precut at 10 inches long each strip which I found to be wasteful because it was way too long. I use this for my ankles and it actually feels much better when I wear it and since I clean the area with rubbing alcohol before applying it lasts for many days and sticks great.

Say guys are using this in gym and bought it for my husband as he works out like crazy. It's made with quality material, think, stretchy, and comfortable. My husband feels more protected with this during his workout.

Wish I knew about KT Tape years ago.. Would have save me days missed from work, Dr. bills, Pain that keep Me from enjoying .Life.. As you age Old Injuries come knocking especially on cold/rainy days, days u have stressed ur muscles a bit too much, or just because that how the cookie crumbles as we age.. I was & still am an active old gal who drives my body to the limit.. Fooie on a bunch of pain meds. (that for my own personal view only covers the true issue plus causes numerous other Health issue) Surgery can't cure muscle issues due to old injuries.. KT Tape & Streaching/Yoga & Educating myself regarding sciatica/pirformas has Me living a pain free Life.. Although I feel each person is different & should always first seek Medical Advice KT Tape adds strength & support to those weak joint & muscles no matter ur age or issue w/o side affect or risk of further injury.. Just be sure to watch videos on how to apply, although the first 3 application didn't work for me the 4th one was a game changer.. If you sweat, this tape is not for you... Left a really bad residue in the places that I used that are a bit sweat, like neck... didn't on my knee. but it was HARD to get off! Tape has a lot more give/ stretch than I am used to. I will probably be sticking with my Rock Tape from now on.

I am now sold on Kinesiology tape. After arthritis flared up in my knee, I tried several braces to help but only the Kinesiology tape provided relief. I use it every day and no longer have any pain in my knees - amazing.

I bought this because it was so much cheaper than the precut tapes I bought before, it is a pain to cut and pulls on your skin more. Just ordered more K-T precut tape works better and still almost half the price in retail shops

I love this tape! The only issue I've had with it was during a run in the humidity, It was pretty humid and the tape peeled right off. Otherwise I've never had an issue, not even in the water, and it's really helped me during my recovery from a peroneal/ Achilles tendon strain. I will continue to use this tape!

This tape isn't quite as sticky as some of the ones I've used in the past but it still sticks well and works to alleviate my pain.
