I’ve only had this product for a few days. It comes assembled and it looks great in my living room. It works as expected and I’m happy I made the purchase.

I am thrilled with my purchase of this treadmill! I bought it for my home office after transitioning from a job that kept me active, where I used to get a lot of steps in during my shift, to a desk job. I have no regrets. The treadmill runs very smoothly and is overall quite quiet.I love that you can not only walk but also run at a maximum speed of 7.5 mph, which is great for a good workout. Be sure to read the instructions and check that the treadmill is properly lubricated when you first get it. They do provide a bottle of lubricant with the treadmill, but I've seen some complaints about noise, and I wonder if that was due to using it before lubrication. My treadmill belt was dry and needed lubrication right away.The size is perfect for an under-desk treadmill or for use in an office setting.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of customer service? I’ve emailed with no reply. Can’t find a phone number, social media link on sites are fake and connect to nothing.The walking pad was great till about 3 months in then it started squeaking. At first it was only for less than a min then it was constant. The belt also started slipping. I followed the instruction in the manual on how to “fix” the issues. Didn’t work. No amount of lubricating the belt and adjusting the tension has made the noise & slipping stop. Don’t waste your money.

I was looking for a treadmill or walking pad for my daughter who has a disability. She is shorter than average and has limited range of motion in her arms and legs. So I wanted something that has a low step up (low threshold) and an adjustable handle. This has both. The handle is perfect. I can adjust both the height and the angle and it is sturdy. We don’t use the tablet holder but it’s there if we wanted it. We put Velcro on the remote and stuck it to the wall for easy access. The treadmill is quiet and has a smooth walk. It also has an audible beep and large numbers in the screen so it’s accessible for those with low vision.All in all, it’s great and exactly what we needed. It’s also a great value.

I thought the quality was excellent and the price was right, I was wrong. It worked great for the first two months, then the switch got stuck and I had to replace it. It wasn’t terribly expensive, but very in convenient. I started to notice it lags when running on it, to the point I have almost tripped. Honestly, I should be running outside, but it’s below freezing here and I’m on gravel. I took the last two weeks off from the machine, and now when trying to operate it-it now has an error code and will not work. I feel like I rented it for 6 months. So upsetting. If this machine were a gym, I would NOT renew my membership.

I LOVE this walking pad! So far so good! It was easy to assemble. I like that this walking pad has the option of a handle bar and a place to put your phone. It is quality made! A little heavier than most walking pads but that's what you get for a sturdy product!

The first time I used this walking pad it overheated and started to smell like burning rubber, additionally, the treadmill made a loud creaking noise every time I stepped on it.Apart from these issues, the assembly was very easy, as it really only consisted of screwing on the phone holder. It was a heavy box and it took two people to get it into my living space, but the wheels on the front make it easy to move around non-carpeted floors once it’s out of the box. Other than the issues I had, the treadmill seemed sturdy and well built.I was impressed by the customer service when I reached out about the creaking and motor issues. Maksone was very friendly and helpful over email.
