When a boost is needed.
I have been using these off and on for years. I am not a coffee drink. So this helps give me boost I need when the day just drags on..Great quality and value added for your pennies. Good substitute for coffee

I usually make my own capsules of this product but I was traveling out of country and vitamins needed to be in original container,so this worked well for me and the quality is perfect! Fast shipping!

I can't sleep on this brand
I'm using a different brand. I couldn't constantly sleep on this brand. Took every morning 1 pill but would wake up the next day at 3am. did give energy. I do like Swanson products not this one.
