Effective Iron Supplement That’s Easy on the Stomach
The Puregen Labs Ferrous Gluconate 324 mg iron supplement has been an excellent choice for boosting my iron levels. Unlike other iron supplements I’ve tried, this one is genuinely gentle on the stomach, with no unpleasant side effects like nausea or constipation. The tablets are easy to swallow, and the high potency means I only need to take one a day. After a few weeks of use, I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. With 100 tablets in the bottle, it’s also a great value. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an effective and stomach-friendly iron supplement!

How many to take
I just received my tablets today, and I haven't taken any yet, but I am puzzled. This is my first purchase of this product, and I spent quite a bit of time reading through all of the reviews and comments about the variety of products that were available. I opted for this tablet because it clearly stated that it was made in the U.S., had overall great reviews, and provided for 211% of the daily requirement for iron. Sounds good. The bottle I received again states that the serving size is one tablet, and that it provides 38 mg of iron that represents 211% of the daily requirement for iron. Here's the puzzle. The bottle goes on to say, "Directions for use. Do not crush or chew tablets. Adult serving size: 1 tablet three to four times daily." Three to four times daily?Which is it? One tablet? Three tablets? Four tablets? This isn't much of a bargain if I have to take four tablets each day. A 100 tablet bottle wouldn't even last a month at that rate.I guess I'll keep this bottle, but I'm going to have my prescription renewed going forward. The directions are clear' "one tablet daily at breakfast."
