I'm 73 and been using this for awhile, cuz its helps increase acetylcholine in the brain- all I can say is that at 73, my memory and brain functions are great- I'll be reordering!

This absolutely works. This is a great alternative to Adderall for anyone with ADHD in my belief. It works very much like Adderall. It hit you quick and it hit you hard. It allows you to focus. It does all the things and it does wear off just like Adderall does. This is a natural stimulant to your brain.. people are going on saying that it wears off and it decreases and blah blah blah well if anyone’s done the research they would understand that the way this works is it’s an immediate effect now if you want something that’s going to last it needs to be something like an extended release like citolcolime. now this does have an effect on your blood pressure. It will raise it a little bit. It does make you a little tachycardic so just get used to it. It’s very much also like drinking Red Bull just in a pill form without the caffeine so Bear in mind that this is effective, it doesn’t fact work, but it is meant to decrease. That’s why some research will even suggest you take half dose in the morning and another half in the afternoon to allow it to last Longer throughout day.

This is very good stuff, and just what I needed instead of other extremely overpriced proprietary blends. However, I'd like to make it clear to readers of this review that it is Alpha GPC 50%, which means the 600mg you get in two pills is actually 300mg of Alpha GPC and 50% filler. Still no problem because you get plenty for the price.

Really good supplement for men over 40. It has been essential in my daily intake, and I can definitely feel the difference. My body does well with this, and it really is making a difference in my recovery time, sleeping more soundly, and providing more energy. Highly recommended!

We are taking this for help with short term and long-term memory. Within two weeks my memory has sharpened to the point that I'm remembering my first language- German. Words are just coming back at almost 60. We arefeeling younger now as it’s easier to do things with a sharper memory! 💙🙏👏✨

I cannot attest to the quality of the product as I was unable to continue taking it as it gave me a really bad headache. Others may not be as sensitive, but I am a very sensitive person when it comes to chemicals or herbs. This may be a great product for others so I’m writing it according to my experience.
