The jack is strong and well I am proof it works as I'm still alive after use. The jack arrived with the paint scratched and also the caster fell off after a few uses and the snap ring disappeared in the process so I will need to buy another snap ring to fix it. As of right now its on one caster. However it lifted perfectly and arrived greased, no problems with that.

Rip-off
Got a 4 ton for small to mid size cars, I figured there would be no problems. I was wrong. Used it 3 times and noticed that the seal at the ram was leaking. A 4 ton for small cars should last a long time. SHOULD! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! And look elsewhere for a floor jack. No way to contact seller for problems. Finally contacted seller and was told to keep adding hydraulic fluid so it works properly. What part of its not suppose to leak don't they understand? Shouldn't be allowed to sell this JUNK on Amazon... After a tug of war with emails the jack was replaced at no cost to me. They did stand behind their product. Thank you
