Do these go in your ear or rest over the top?

The buds are very soft and comfortable and go into the ear - then the flexible rubber arm hooks over the ear.... I am female and have quite small ears all other buds fall out easily when I am running as they never seem to fit properly, these do not and are very comfortable and a fantastic price! The sound quality is also decent for the price too.

Will these headphones work on my Huawei p30 lite?

Can anyone comment if the cable is tangle free?

Well I would not say its Tangle Free, I make a point of being careful when I have finished using it with how I put it away for the next time I use. The cable is quite long which is a good thing in my opinion. Good sound and ear pieces work very well I am pleased with my purchase as I have tried other makes.

How well do these shut out outside noise, like traffic?

Not sure I only have them on low as I don’t want to shut out traffic and other noises. I run in the dark on country lanes and think that would be dangerous.
