Muscle Roller Stick

This an amazing invention. The rollers roll independently, are suitably rippled to provide the necessary muscle massage stimulus and is easy to use. It is sturdy and strong contraption, with good long handles. The benefits are amazing. Muscles get massaged and loosened easily enough, relieving muscle pain and stiffness. Would strongly recommend.

I am very pleased with this item but, frankly, got carried away with it. The massaging action is so enjoyable you can over-massage - which hurts afterwards. Just feeling that inner muscle being pummelled was divine. So my advice is to buy this but initially use it with great caution. Gradually work up to deep massage once the outer muscle has been gently tenderised. I use mine first thing in the morning and just a little night. One of the best health aids I've ever bought. But it is powerful and needs treating with respect - or it will bite you.

Good stick does the job especially for lower body. Slight gaps between the rollers sometimes lead skin or hair to get caught.

This thing is amazing! After seeing a physio for my plantar faciatis I was told I needed to muscle gun my calf aggressively to release the built up tension causing foot pain. The gun didn't work so i though I'd give this a go! Literally two days of demolishing my calf with this thing and the plantar pain resided. I've continued using it daily and now my foot is actually healing and I don't collapse when getting out of bed in the mornings or have sharp heel pain all day!! Great for rolling out your legs after training, as well as back and shoulders! For a small amount of pressure it delivers a very deep tissue massage!

So much easier than the foam rollers! Used for hamstrings and works very well. Sturdy & good value.

Excellent roller, does the job perfectly. Much prefer using this to my foam roller as it allows me to target specific muscles with more control

I see what people mean with the hairs but to over come that just put a wingy grip on for your legs

Très certainement mon meilleur achat sur Amazon depuis un moment !!! J'ai des douleurs au mollet (soléaire) depuis des années et des années qui me brident dans tous les sports. Après énormément d'examens médicaux, à part les massages de mon kiné rien ne me détendait le mollet. Mais là quelques minutes plusieurs fois par jour détendent les parties dures. Au top !

Genau das was ich gebraucht habe die Unterschenkel-Muskulatur! Man könnte es auch mit eine Faszienrolle machen, doch hiermit ist man wesentlich flexibler und kann den Drück feiner dosieren. Auch die Oberseite der Füße kann man damit bearbeiten. Die Rollen haben die richtige Härte und rollen ganz gut.
