I purchased this machine in the hope it would provide a hot chocolate or a hot coffee, i was not looking for scolding hot but a nice warm cuppa, i tried it twice and when it has finished it only takes about 2-3 mins the machine itself is incredibly quiet but the when the milk has been warmed its about as warm as baby milk in a baby bottle not even that warm, its honestly ridiculous. Back to saucepan and gas. i want my drink hot not cold and to clean it is a nightmare trying to get your hands on the inside to clean it is ridiculous, i only have small hands i don't know how someone would cope if they had large hands and the small whisks are fiddly to fit. In my opinion back to the old fashioned way. Another cheap brand.

Very useful. The only problem is when I go to wash it I have to be very careful not to get it wet on the outside.
