Recieved returned item with squished box
Ordered these reading reviews mostly positive, I received the package and got something that looks like it was already returned, the box was already opened and squished and the charging cable was missing.

Le Xiaomi Redmi Buds 4 Active offrono un’esperienza audio molto valida: i driver da 12 mm garantiscono bassi profondi e alti nitidi, mentre la cancellazione del rumore funziona bene in ambienti quotidiani. Il collegamento Bluetooth 5.3 è stabile e il supporto Google Fast Pair rende l’abbinamento immediato. Sono leggere, comode da indossare e i comandi touch sono reattivi. L’impermeabilità IPX4 le rende adatte anche per allenamenti o pioggia leggera, e la batteria dura davvero a lungo, con ricarica rapida veloce. ممتازة بالنسبالي و السماعة نفسها بطاريتها بتقعد 5 ساعات فعلا زي ما مكتوب مش عارف بصراحة الكيس كلها بتبقي كام ساعة مجربتش اتأكد لكن عموما هي مبتاخدش وقت في انها تشحن من الكيس ولا الكيس نفسها بتحتاج وقت كبير عشان تتشحن من الباور بانك المكالمات بالنسبالي كانت كويسة (جربتها مكالمة عادية و ديسكورد و جوجل مييت) و الي بكلمه بيكون سامعني كويس للاسف مش عارف احدد كواليتي النويز كانسليشن لكن معتقدش ان في حاجة في الرينج دا هتبقي كويسة اصلا السماعة ليها ابلكيشن لكن مفهوش مميزات كتير اساسا هو بس انك تشوف الشحن بتاع السماعة و الجيمينج مود دا الي انت ممكن تفعله عن طريق 3 ضغطات علي السماعة و لو ضغطتين ورا بعض هيوقف الفيديو او الاغنية الي مشغلها جودة الصوت بالنسبالي مرضية انا مش شخص عاشق للاغاني و بحب اركز في التفاصيل فـ هي بالنسبالي تمام لكن لو حد بيفرق معاه الموضوع دا معتقدش انها هتبقي احسن حاجة السماعة مش بتيجي بوصلة شاحن فخلي بالك من النقطة دي و اهم حاجة بس متشحنهاش براس شاحن شحن سريع و اشحنها بحاجة مناسبة ليها انا عن نفسي بشحنها عن طريق كابل تايب سي عادي و باور بانك شحنه بطئ اصلا
