Very easy to find answers I needed, return my item and get a fast credit for my item that broke. I was so pleased I purchased a new item and made sure to buy the protection plan on it as well.

Love these headphones and used them for everyday. You can really hear the difference in the room when u turn on noise cancellation, it’s wonderful. And I remember I had to use the beware function to whole walking home and I heard every twig snap and car driving by. Overall worth the purchase and I would 10/10 recommend!

Very easy process. Dropped off the broken headphones on March 25th, received the gift card on March 26th, and then got the replacement headphones delivered on March 28th.

I have often been skeptical of protection plans in the past, but Asurion has totally changed my mind - for the good. I bought a pair of earbuds, and I decided to provide additional protection with Asurion, because it's so easy to drop the individual earbuds, drop the case, etc.My earbud case (with the earbuds inside it) got immersed in water, and the earbuds no longer worked (and no longer charged). Filling out the claim form was amazingly easy, and the claim was quickly approved.I appreciate the great service, and I am very glad that I purchased a protection plan. It takes away the worry of "what will I do if these get damaged?"This was definitely worth the money.

Around the end of January the mic quit working, my customer could not hear me even though I heard them. Since then I've been using a spare headset. Today I had time to work on getting a replacement or refund here is how that worked:1. Contacted Amazon for a replacement, was told that the request needed to go through Asurion2. Completed and submitted a claim to Asurion3. Received a email reply from Asurion explaining my claim was no good because there is a manufacturers one year guarantee and need to contact the manufacturer which turned out to be HP4. I contacted HP and was told the would send me a replacement headset HOWEVER the replacement will be a refurbished headset. I askedif the original headset that I received was refurbished and was told that the SN# suggests it's new. Maybe. I requested a refund and was told that would be another team and would take a long time. So I agreed to the refurbished headset.Long story short..... the 2 year protection plan that I purchased is to good, a waste of $7.99 which is not a lot of money but seems to be a dishonest offering.I now will have a USED headset replacing a NEW headset and I'm not happy. Amazon is selling these headsets and HP is doing tech support and replacing headsets with refurbished products. Asurion is selling a two-year protection plan that is worthless when a one-year factory warranty needs to be utilized first. And the protection will not cover the replacement headset which has been my only option. This is a scam.

This insurance was totally worth it! I washed my earbuds in the laundry and the claim, return of the broken equipment and delivery of a Amazon gift card to reimburse me was as easy as could be!
