These don’t replace refinishing wood but the do help to make scratches and blemishes less visible.

Fill sticks wouldn't fill scratches or nicks. Would have been better just using my kids crayons. The markers weren't any better at blending in blemishes. Spend a little more and purchase Mohawk brand, used them in the past and they really work well.

Able to match most colors

I have a piece of furniture that was damaged in storage somehow, it looks to me like it was a liquid of some kind that ate away at the varnish. I gradually worked my way up from the lightest to the darkest marker appropriate here and... well take a look at my photos. It somewhat worked. It really wouldn't absorb into the wood as much as I would have liked and it also seemed to be darker on the edges which left dark rings.So it's not great, but it did improve things a bit. At least it's now less visible from a distance, but I'm going to still have to put a lamp over this

I had bought a lesser set, and I messed some things up. I am rather colorblind. This set worked so good for me. People now compliment me on what I do. Thank you

I bought these for the purpose of decorating little 4x4" wooden boxes, and they worked BEAUTIFULLY! I'm so pleased that I took a chance on them. As they're wood stain rather than paint, they soak into the wood and feather slightly on the edges, but I lined the design with a black ballpoint pen to sharpen the edges (and a white jelly roll paint pen, though that wasn't necessary, just aesthetic). I was very pleased that the white stain had some opacity to it and was visible when placed overtop of other colours.The stains dry fast, have very little smell (I worked near an open window just to be safe), and have beautifully rich colours that deepen with layering. I've attached an image of the box in its original state so you can see the difference. The markers I used for this box were bamboo, oak, mahogany, and black.

It is not that I expected. Like a board marker and not effective for furniture
