I purchased this AC on 22.03.2024 and installed it on or about 30.03.2024. on 06.04.2025 when I switched on the AC for this season, I discovered the AC's gas had leaked. The company's representative is now demanding Rs.17,500/- to replace the coil and for gas filling. These ACs are of extremely poor quality and barely last one season. Totally useless third rate product. Complete waste of money.

The media could not be loaded. The quality standards of O General have drastically come down. The cooling is lower than expected. Its noise level is higher than expected. There is no point in paying premium to O general. They have changed compressors now. They are no longer supplying high quality ACs now

O general is for people that want no compromise on cooling. This fits perfectly for those, who want AC smaller than 1.5 ton. I have uploaded unboxing of this unit on YouTube as well as reviewed this product. You may check before buying. Build quality is excellent

Do not Purchase the product from Amazon , As per O"General , if you purchased the product from amazon , O' general will not provide warranty . I am logging complain with consumer forum for the same ,
