The insoles in my favorite walking shoes from Ryka lost all their support. I removed the insoles and added these. I've also tried them in canvas high tops. These insoles are fairly thin. With the canvas shoes, I had to place them on top of the insoles for support, but in my Ryka walking shoes, with have a thicker sole, they were a vast improvement! I wore my walking shoes with these insoles on a vacation, and I didn't start to feel some foot pain until around 8000 steps. I was good-to-go again after sitting for about 15 minutes, though. I am not sure how long these will provide support, but I plan to replace my walking shoes within a couple of months anyway. Highly recommend if you need to give your walking shoes a little more life.

Overall I liked this product, the insoles are comfortable in my tennis shoes. I have narrow feet, and the only option for cutting was for the length of the shoe, not the width of the shoe. I was able to cut some off the sides, but it was a little hard because of the edges being thicker. It worked out ok, and it would be doable for narrow feet.

I received the MOISO Memory Foam Insoles in the women's 7.5-9.5 size. However, the insoles were slightly too short for my size 9.5 shoes. However, they fit my teenage daughter’s size 8.5 shoes very well without any trimming. She wears the insoles in a pair of leather booties that previously had no discernible insoles and she really appreciates these. She wears them all-day long at school without any problems whatsoever and the insoles definitely add to her comfort level. I would recommend them based on her assessment but encourage others to size up if your shoe size is at the high end of the range indicated.

Did not require any trimming or adjustments. They are very thick, however, which makes them a poor option for dress shoes. I tried to put them in a two different sets of dress shoes with wedge heels and I couldn't get the shoe on without it being super-tight. They do fit comfortably in my flats.

Make any shoe comfortable and ok to wear all day so you can be professional productive or cute and also not be in tortured pain !!! Your feet are important don't abuse them get these if you care about yourself at all!!! They are totally worth it don't delay!!!
