Highly recommend these cases if you’re looking to protect your screen from scratches. I’m a repeat purchaser and skipped it on my last model, and wound up really disappointed with how dinged up the screen became overtime. EASE OF INSTALLATION - 5/5 I’m from the generation where screen protectors used to be incredibly costly, and usually involved paying an associate at a cell/tech store to meticulously install or winging it yourself and potentially wasting the screen or living with a misaligned protector. I have been using these since my iPhone 12 and feel Spigen’s installation system for these screen protectors is dead simple and pretty impressive. DURABILITY - 4.5/5 I’m pretty gentle with my phones, and the front glass is pretty strong now so hard to say how much these would protect from a particularly nasty fall. I think screen protectors are a bit more fragile and crack easier than the screens, so many people automatically assume their phone was protected from shattering when it would have been otherwise fine. However, it seems as the iPhone iterations have gone on the glass being used is more and more prone to every day surface scratches and wear and tear, and these absolutely protect the screen from that. VISIBILITY - 4.5/5 The screen adds a very minimal amount of thickness to the device that is negligible. It’s basically unnoticeable when you are looking at the device straight on. Depending on how precise you get it installed, there can be a slight “rainbow effect” near the edges. It’s personally not an issue or noticeable for me - it’s probably the only area of improvement. CLEANING - 5/5 Seems to be more fingerprint proof than the actual glass of the device itself. PERFORMANCE - 5/5 I personally notice no loss of touch sensitivity nor loss of accuracy/precision from using these cases. My phone is as responsive as it would be without a case installed. CUSTOMER SERVICE - 5/5 My most recent order, the first case I installed was faulty. I’ve used these screens before, so when I experienced a shatter within a week of use without any user error or drops, I contacted Spigen. They sent me a brand new 2-pack. Very simple form and they just requested a picture of the damage and processed the warranty claim. Very simple and appreciated. VALUE - 5/5 Much cheaper than many “name brand” screens and performs just as well, if not better. I feel Spigen has ranked up and has basically achieved being a well-known brand in this space. I originally found them from high recommendations on Reddit and other corners of the internet when I was searching for a protector that wasn’t absurdly priced.

Very easy to use and line up the phone with the screen. I had to lift the screen on a corner once and let it adhere again to get out all the bubbles. Out of 3 phones, I got one perfectly applied with absolutely no bubbles. I would use this again. Good price too.

In all, I would say that it took me about five minutes tops, to open the box, lay out all the pieces, and complete the job. Any bubbles that may have formed beneath the protective glass were easily removable by using the enclosed felt-tipped squeegee. Concerned about adding a protective case? Don’t be. Buyer Beware. I've been a loyal Spigen customer for many years and have been a fan of a variety of their products. I have over a dozen purchases from them, but this is the last one. I've gone through three separate kits now in attempting to add the screen protector, and all six times I have ended up with dust trapped beneath. I've followed the steps extensively and ensure every time I place the applicator over the phone there is not a speck at all on the screen. I used the lens wipe, included towel, and sticker every time. It is spotless. The moment I add the screen, there is now dust. Give how many times I've done this, my conclusion is there is dust existing on the protector prior to my application. I had this very same protector on my phone prior, but it recently cracked so I was looking to replace it. It worked fine for me just a year ago, but I assume there is a quality control issue here now. I contacted Spigen support about the issue. I wasn't looking for a refund, merely telling them of my experience and to point out a potential QC issue with the product. Their response to me was " we cannot guarantee that your case is compatible with the Spigen screen protector as it has not been tested together." They then suggested I return the product if I wasn't satisfied which is interesting considering the packaging is long gone and the current protector is applied to the screen (with dust). Clearly support is not actually reading the complaint I have been reporting to them. The case has nothing to do with the application of the protector. The case is off when it is applied. This will be the last Spigen product I purchase.

Good value for your money. Needed a screen protector that was durable and easy to put on and this did the job. The tools and application process was easy and lasted me a while. Perfect fit, protected the screen, did its job. Invested in more.

I've purchased Spigen products before and always found them to be high-quality. However, I just installed this screen protector on a 6-week old iPhone on which I had installed a screen protector the instant it came out of the box. I dropped the phone & cracked that screen protector so it was time for a new one. I turned the phone off so the black screen would make it easier to see specks of dust then removed the cracked one, cleaned and dried the screen and carefully inspected it. No apparent dust, so I installed this new Spigen protector, a very simple & straightforward process. There was one very small and stubborn bubble near the middle of the screen which resisted all attempts to squeegee it away. Careful examination seemed to indicate a tiny speck in the middle, which I realized meant the bubble wasn't going away. I removed that protector, assuming the speck of dust would be adhered to it, and replaced it with the second one from the box. Same problem! It's hard to believe a speck of dust could be so stubborn - maybe there's a flaw in the surface of my iPhone? Also hard to believe. At any rate, there's a small bubble I'll have to live with. I'm not going to order another screen protector just to fix that. The lesson is: be super-careful when cleaning your phone before installing!
