Best little thing I ever bought not really little though it’s pretty big and pretty heavy!!!Anyway, whenever I first got it, it was working great then it stopped working really well and got a hold of Customer Service. They got a hold of the company and they sent me all the P settings that’s parameter settings if you didn’t know.Anyway, corrected the problems and that thing is bloody quick threw me almost off the back end and I’m 300 pounds!!!Climb the hill next to my house with ease, put it in door drive and third gear ripped the thing right out of your arms!!The only problem is the accelerator is on the display part and it kind of hard on your finger after a little while so make sure you set cruise on it cause that will make a difference!!Wonderful, wonderful little scooter!!!

The media could not be loaded. I bought a used version of the 38ah for $600. It's pretty beat up you can tell it's been in an accident, but everything works fine and it surprisingly does reach 50mph or right near (verified with phone GPS app and I weigh 185). I haven't tested the range yet, but I will report back after I've had a longer ride. For the price this thing is really good, you can't find a cheaper one on Amazon with 38ah and 5600w, which is exactly what I needed. If anything catastrophic happens, I'll be sure to report back.Edit: did a 19 mile round trip yesterday and voltage went from 68 to 58, dead is about 48v so about half, and I was doing 45mph half the way and 35mph the rest of the time. So the 38ah definitely checks out! Having the voltage meter is a huge plus as well, much more accurate than the displays battery bar

I love this scooter it’s amazing!!!! Bought this to go to work with now that the weather in Jersey is warming up it was one of the best investments I made. This scooter is extremely fast! Not ideal for kids use caution when riding the scooter. It advertises 50mph I haven’t gone that fast yet but it made 40mph easily with me sitting on the scooter and I’m 220lbs. Like I said use caution when using the scooter cause it’s fast like no lie it’s a beast love this scooter I’ll keep you guys posted after having it and using for a few months to see how the scooter is performing.CAUTION! Extremely fast product! LOVE IT😆Update 4/9/24Drove it up to 48 mph it was a bit shaky hit a small pot hole and flew off the scooter overall I love the scooter just careful after hitting 30mph the scooter seems to lose stability a little.

Update on my last review this thing does amazing in the hills. But you have to practice a lot. I live in AZ and it's Soo much funn

Poorly written manual. It doesn’t explain anything on how each button works. How to turn on the hi beams? Impossible to get ahold of the manufacturer.

I wasn't expecting this thing to perform so well I got it out the box and it was amazing very easy to understand but be careful cuz third gear you will go almost 50 miles per hour 👍🏻

Product arrived on time. One set of tail lights didn't work. After troubleshooting found the problem was one of the circuit boards was damaged. Contacted customer service via email. In 2 day got an email asking for my address to send a replacement along with a video on how to remove and install the new one.

This scooter is a beast definitely not for a beginner
