M-Drive Upper Control Panel LED Display, 8000-D19, For D1 Bay and Reflections Series Spas from 2007 to 2014

We ordered this control panel and originally it would not work-i attempted to contact the seller on here but no response~ luckily with some research I find a group of Service experts from Dimension One spas and they were able to trouble shoot with us and we are now the happy owners of a working spa!! We really lucked out-these guys got nothing out of the deal but being able to say they helped us out~ restored my faith in human kind.

Controller display no longer readable, blank screen. Purchased through amazon from a company named Leisure Parts Plus. Company has no contact number or website. Amazon informed me that they do bussiness with companies without phone numbers and I would have to message them inside the amazon website. After following the steps and messaging the company amazon stated they would have 48 hours to issue my refund. after the first 48 hours no redund and back in contact with amazon. Now Amazon stated they will be contacting the company and they will hav another 48 hours and if no response then amazon will be issuing me the refund. After all the days and weeks go by, amazon informs me that there was no messages sent from them and that i could try and find a website for a company that again has no phone number. Dissapointed in amazon and its incorrect information, and doing business with companies like these. The part has a 3 year warranty, and the manufacture mentioned that the sellers don't want to honor the warranty. Thus, they sent me documentation that proves the warranty in an effort to get a replacement or refund.

New control panel arrived quickly with complete instructions to install. When I ran into other issues I called them and they walked me through a solution over the phone. I wouldn't order spa parts from anyone else.

In less than four months this M drive no longer works.

This is a plug in control panel. Easy to change and got our spa up and running again.

Perfect fit. Easy to install

Update. Failed after 4 months. It needs to be replaced. Stuck key freezing the system and not a result of having even touched it. Waiting for seller to respond. If favorable response, I will update.
