Book condition is good.
Received the book and the book condition is very good. Thanks, The author’s own life changing diet. It saved his own life and his son’s. I will enjoy this book and start self heal. Just read a few pages so cannot comment on it yet. But I am sure I will be amazed when finished in reading it,
