Editing to say that customer support was extremely helpful. They reached out to me on their own and provided a replacement. So far no issues with the replacement!I would've given this 5 stars a week ago. Now it no longer works and I've tried everything I can think of to fix it. There is no way to contact the seller for help with troubleshooting, so my only option is to return it, but if I do that right now, I lose all the mouthwash I've already filled it up with (which is an expensive one). I am currently opening the fill hole on the top and pouring my mouthwash out so it doesn't go to waste.
