Works well
The detox patch sticks well and in the morning there was plenty of toxins on the pad and I did sleep better. In my case I felt better too.

I wanted to try this product as I do not sleep well. The pack contains enough pads and adhesive plasters for fifteen applications. There is no instruction as to which way the pad should be placed however there is a smooth surface and a slightly coarser surface on the opposite side so I place the smooth side onto the adhesive surface so that the coarser side has contact with the skin. Adhesion is very good but is also easy to remove. The product recommends using at night however I was very conscious of it and it made my feet feel irritatingly hot so I prefer to wear it during the day - couldn’t see any reason why not. When the plaster is removed the pad is dark and there is a slightly oily, sticky residue on the skin which wipes away with warm water. Pads are disposed off in the bin. Results? Well, after five applications, I do find I am having more restful sleeps and quite unexpectedly I feel better than I have in months; I feel more calm, cheerful and optimistic and this morning I actually caught myself singing in the shower! Haven’t done that in years! Product seems well made and is easy to use and store, also, since I have experienced a positive result, seems good value for money too.

I can't see any benefits yet (only used 3/4 times) will update later
The black stuff inside (whatever it is) just melts a bit when ur feet sweat due to being covered by non breathable material! But can't see nor feel toxins pulled out of them...It's easier with a potato - u see it going black, so u know it's working! This stuff is black already and I think purposefully so...But I shall persevere and will this review update in a few weeks!

Not enough foot pads!
The pack is supposed to have enough sticky foot pads as actual food pads itself! So not the case! I get 15 packs of two attachable pads and 15 sticky footpads. Means I don’t have enough. This is the second packet to come without enough pads. It means half the pack is unusable and I get 6 days out of 14 days of use! Tried to contact the seller, but been unable to do so.

Wore them ….. only one went black… other one didn’t change … will try again tonight…🤔
