so i got over hyped watching an mma training video on youtube that i ended up buying a very large and heavy tractor tyre and a sledgehammer. but not any sledgehammer a powrx 20kg sledgehammer.I thought it would be alright, i'm a big guy, i can lift 20kg easy. theres a comment above which says "should have gone for the 6kg" lol really should have. this is a huge heavy hammer, and your body ends up inventing muscles to keep you balanced and core tight when tyre smashing, which is great.mine said delivery 1st to 4th august but came to day 28th july 2020. really impressed, have thought about sending it back for the lighter one but the "wanna be Thor" in me refuses. serious workout, go for the lighter hammer... trust me..you wont regret it

This thing is awesome. So easy to underestimate how hard it is. And as a bonus, if someone wants to rob your house, you can smash through them like a viking and eat their organs, possibly naked to scare of any further intrusions into your homeWould buy another 100%

I'm really happy with this hammer. 8kg is a good weight for someone who has been strength training for a while. Its challenging but not to the point where you have to break the form to perform the exercise.Its longer than I expected but it doesnt matter. It's a great piece of inexpensive equipment.
