If it says 12 packs, then it's one box with 12 pieces in it. There are other choices that say 36 packs, or pack of 96 and all of them are specifying the total number of pies, not boxes.

Are there any nuts or traces of nuts in this product?

From what I read on the ingredients I don’t see any traces of nuts and the pie itself has no nuts in it but you can always buy it and open it up to see
