Installation was quick and easy, and the image quality is impressive, both day and night. It's perfect for protecting the exterior of my home. Pros: 2K Image Quality: The resolution is excellent, with crisp details, even in low light. I love that it offers color night vision, which makes a huge difference compared to traditional black and white cameras. WiFi Connectivity: It works seamlessly with both 2.4GHz and 5G WiFi, ensuring a fast and stable connection. I haven't experienced any disconnections. Motion Detection: The camera detects motion very accurately. I receive alerts on my phone immediately, which gives me peace of mind. It even notifies me if something moves in unexpected areas. I was a bit skeptical about a security camera for less than $20. However, my doubts have been alleviated! Set-up was less than 5 minutes and the quality of the video was excellent. The tracking feature could be a little more sensitive but it DOES work. The night vision is very good and what I really liked was the 6 "preset locations". You also have the ability to increase the size of the "view" from 1x, 2x, 4x and 10x. Of course the quality of the image does decrease when you "magnify" the view. All in all, a well made "bulb" camera.

After working with customer support, all 3 cameras are working great now! Stable performance, no more pop-ups. I am satisfied with the over all product performance. Up date. There are a lot of features on this camera. Feel free to change the setting. Motion tracking, will follow a person then restet back to original position. You can speed up tracking too. You can set sensitivity to max then narrow the detection field! You can set notifications to human detection only. So cars andcanimals are not blowing your phone up. So far, Im very happy with these cameras!

Decent camera. easy to set up and good video quality. The only annoying thing is that in the app it’s constantly asking if I want to upgrade to cloud storage. I already put in an sd card . I guess if I don’t use the cloud storage I’m forced to deal with the pop up every time.

This has exceeded my expectations for the price. It was very easy to setup and I was able to connect it through my phone and my PC. I got a 128GB Micro SD card for storage instead of paying for cloud storage and it can store multiple weeks with HD recording, and can view the past 3 days through their app with alerts (more with cloud). Cloud storage is affordable if you want an easier experience, but with the SD card this device has provided much satisfaction I bought a second one. Not sure why it was listed as a heavily returned item, but I think it's great!

First time ever to purchase a lightbulb security camera. Very easy to install. Everything was working fine. Received on April 9, 2025. This last week of June the alarm and intercom stopped working. I reset it. Went into the app and added it again. Nada. I don’t know what happened. I can still view the outside but I don’t get alerts when people are near. Great storage capacity since once the micro sd card is full it will write over the old stuff. Any memories from outside family gatherings you can save to the files on your phone or computer. I really like this product and I will buy it again. Perhaps night flying bugs got in the light fixture. I blew out the surrounding area of the light fixture with a can of air and small dead debris flew out. Probably a maintenance issue due to night flying bugs being attracted to the light? Storage capacity: Great. Picture quality: It’s fair especially for the price. You can screenshot images which is also handy for enlarging the photo. Connectivity: Was very easy to setup and connect. Sensitivity: When the alarm was working I noticed it was very sensitive to human and vehicle motion. Talk ability: It was a great feature for thanking delivery drivers and talking to the lawn care workers. Features: images in color all day. At night it is black and white but you choose night vision and when there’s human or vehicle motion it’s all in color. UPDATE: Bottom line I would not waste more money on this product. The above comment was before I just noticed that the device is not even recording anymore. It’s telling me to purchase a Cloud account. I found out that there has been a recent update for this device. I’m glad I hadn’t clicked submit. I came back specifically to discuss the latest issue. NOT Recording. I can however, view my property. I read complaints that after the update when you opened the app you got a full page ad about buying a Cloud account. That doesn’t seem to give you the opportunity to cancel it. Read contract carefully. Maybe the 3 days or 7 days Cloud account would be safe. But that’s more money. No thanks. So, I’m not positive whether night flying bugs caused the problems I’m experiencing. When the ordinary light bulb was being used it never stopped working. Night flying bugs are attracted to light!! But it’s definitely suspicious that the device is not working after the update and ever since I’ve had it I’ve gotten popup Cloud ads before I could view my property. Then with the update I too got full page ads before being able to use the app. Before purchasing I read a review which said that if you don’t buy the Cloud account after a while the app stops working. Two months of use is a waste of good money.

I bought these cameras two years ago. I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting much from them. I was surprised at the video quality and the ease of pan/tilt/zoom. They are still going strong! Customer service is very responsive as well-I needed help with my cloud storage. I would definitely recommend these cameras and I would buy them again. They are better than the cameras that came with my security system.

This is the second one we have bought. They work well and although have a splash IP rating, they should be installed under the eaves and not totally exposed to the weather. Very happy with it
