Does the same as iphone recovery doesn't recover anything really unless you only just deleted it a month ago

Do NOT buy this software. I bought it thinking that it would function like a normal backup/restore (meaning it simply finds the files and puts them right back where they were prior to deletion)--but it doesn't. After you've paid, the software tells you to go to the App Store on your phone and download their iOS app. I thought this was just so that the laptop and phone could communicate better, but I was wrong. Here's what the app does: it takes all that data and dumps it into their personal app--they do NOT put the messages back in your iMessages/SMS. Basically, they make a copy of everything and put it in a third-party app that could be easily deleted (rather than iMessages, which is a native app that cannot be deleted, and where you would be able to see your history). People don't want a copy of their data stored in an external application. People want all their new messages in with the long history of each conversation. If you use this software, you'll have to check two apps to get the full conversation you've had with friends and family.I called support and asked for a refund and they refused (even though I'm not using it and bought it only an hour earlier). This company has no conscience when it comes to making money. They don't care about their customers once they've taken the cash from you. It is my long held belief that if you have a solid product, you're not afraid to have an awesome refund policy because you know your product is not going to have many of them. The more strict the return policy, the more likely it is to fail you (basically: "Grab the money before the customers discover our app's problems!")The support representative said that it's impossible to put the messages back into the original app, and I explained to him that in the past I've used other software that did exactly that--I was just hoping to use software that's more user friendly. The rep didn't care. He told me to go online and open a ticket and then they'll get in touch with me and they probably won't do anything but, hey, you can call anyways if you like--that's the attitude. It was nothing but greed and poor customer service. I regret buying this software. Big, big mistake. I didn't get what I paid for and they didn't care because they got to buy lunch and dinner on my disappointment.
