Compact, portable gentle power washer
For what it is (a portable, cordless (battery operated) household power washer with a max of 100 psi) this is a great product. I live in a city townhouse, so I don't have access to a hose, nor an outdoor electrical outlet, so this has really come in handy. I have used it to clean garden foliage, to wash and rinse my car, to rinse exterior walls, to get mud off shoes, rinse off my bike. The pressure is actually pretty impressive compared to similar products, and the nozzle adjusts a wide range, from jet to gentle spray and the cord length is sufficient. Its easy to use, easy to fill and easy to store. Battery life has been good - maybe an hour to a charge - I don't usually run it that long, but I have never had the battery die before I finished my project. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Must have for dog owners!
After using this for primarily cleaning my dogs for a whole winter season I can confidently say this is a MAJOR GAME CHANGER! What a fantastic piece of modern tech. Everything you need and nothing you don’t, it just works. I put warm water in it in the winter to help clean up muddy paws and it’s quiet enough the dogs don’t seem to mind it. Spray is powerful enough to get pretty much anything you want off using it up close and gentle enough it won’t hurt even at point blank. Battery is impressive and can easily be used multiple tanks without noticing any pressure loss. Everything packages up nicely and it is a godsend to take on camping and roadtrips for ease of use and portability. Highly recommend to anyone who likes mtn bikes, dogs, surfing, beaches or hiking. You won’t regret this purchase.

Perfect for cleaning mini-split AC systems!
I mainly bought this to help clean my mini-split AC system. I've seen pros use a low-power pressure washer to clean out gunk from AC units without bending the delicate fins on the coils. Those pro units cost $700+! Someone on Reddit mentioned that he tried this pressure sprayer and it worked great. For the price, it was worth a try. I cleaned my 2 mini-split systems today and can say that this sprayer is perfect for the job! The reservoir holds plenty of water, and a single charge was more than enough to clean both my indoor units. The hose is plenty long, and the motor is very quiet. This sprayer could be handy for other cleaning jobs where a typical pressure washer would be too powerful and a water source isn't available. (My wife likes to clean relatives' head stones periodically, I think this will be excellent for this use.) I'm sure there are several other uses for this sprayer I haven't thought of yet, but so far I'm very happy with it.

Convenient and powerful - avoid leaks and check seal's O-ring / clamp
So far this is great for having a portable pretty high pressure washer you can hand carry. Of course water is still heavy so I just plan to use this in the truck at the beach or what-ever, since it has a lot more velocity than those camping showers, which I also have.A lot of people complain about leaking and this is what I think is going on: mine came with a little water in it and some leaked from the water container, on top, on to the waterproof bottom which contains the pump and electronics. Because the bottom part is sealed, this won't damage the lower unit at least. So why is it leaking? The upper container has a valve assembly which is held in place by a flange on the tank which is kind of small. The issue is the valve assembly presses into the lower motor part and if the friction is too high there when you lift up the water container it dislodges the valve assembly from the tank and water pours out. I also noticed it could come loose if the water got really hot, i.e. left it in sun.So, while a little (food grade probably) silicone adhesive around where the valve meets the water container would do the trick, I also had noticed when it arrived, there was a black half-dollar sized O-ring laying where the valve seats into the pump. It was unclear where it belonged, soI kept it aside and once the assembly popped off a few times, I realized the O ring fits around the assembly at the top, like a collar and helps keep it from popping off. IOW, the O-ring is used in an unconventional way, less like a seal and more like a hose clamp, if you will. It's odd they just didn't make the flange larger but that seems to be the trick. Hope that helps if you have the same experience. Otherwise, the things been satisfying and creates good pressure for spot washing stuff.

Great for work
Great tool. Working in HVAC, the small handle, rechargeable battery and water tank make cleaning in tight spots or places without a hose connection much easier. Have used it on rooftop units, indoor coils, mini splits.Lightweight and the water pressure is impressive for its size.

Only worked for a few uses; Poor quality components
I was skeptical about this, and as it turned out, I was right to be.At first, I was pleasantly surprised - it worked great for the first few uses. Then it developed some type of problem with the rubber plug/piston that connects the reservoir tank to the pump base, such that it would not pump the water. Upon detaching the reservoir from the motor base (as you would normally to refill it), the rubber plug and piston remained stuck in the base, causing the water to freely drain from the now open reservoir tank. Upon closer inspection, the rubber plug and spring piston assembly is very flimsy, even though this is one of the key functional parts of this device, permitting the water to release from the reservoir and be pumped into the hose. Tried to troubleshoot multiple times, but I think this is just shot.Yes, followed all the directions to ensure it was charged properly and connected properly. Charged well and no crimped hose. The issue appears to be with this flimsy plug/piston. What a shame given it cost over $100 and got only a few uses out of it. Past the return window by a bit since we only use it periodically. Save your money and purchase from somewhere where you can get a better quality product and have some recourse if it's faulty.
