I can stir my coffee vigorously to break the clumps up for an evenly distributed freshly ground coffee without the coffee flying out everywhere. I mean I tried stirred it vigorously with my wire whisk trying to get the coffee to fly out and I couldn't do it. This is the tallest magnetic dosing funnel I could find. And it works flawlessly. I'm as anal as the day is long so when I'm impressed, take note because I don't give praise often. This also has 8 strong magnets blah blah blah. I hold the funnel anyway because like I said before I stir the hell out of each basket. I mean 15 to 20 seconds of vigorous stirring (for each basket, I make four every morning) making sure I stir in multiple directions making sure I get into every area of the basket so as to have the most uniform coffee grounds as practical /possible without dumping it out to see if I really did break up every chunk. Analtude is analtude but u can only go so far before they start calling u crazy. LoL 😆

This barely fits under my burr grinder, so make sure and measure the height to make sure there is clearance.

I bought this because my wife over doses the breville frequently and then uses their razor tool to trim the puck down. I noticed she was saving the grounds and thought I could use them some day for an Americano or something. Anyway this thing pops right on the porta filter and makes dumping the saved grounds a snap. I am not able to tamp through it because my tamper is a tight fit to my basket and this has a small lip that runs along the inside of the porta filter. However this thing sucks on well enough that you can tap the porta filter on the counter to settle your grounds pop it off easy then tamp. Over all I'm happy with it. I have a Breville Impress so I don't use this item very often but it does do what it says.

This stays put and fits my 54 mm Breville portafilter perfectly. Really makes everything so much easier

This funnel was great to use however does not fit the Breville holder, as its to wide.
