I bought this to use with an old CD/cassette deck stereo that couldn't be fixed but still functioned other than those modes. This Adapter is connected via a male 3.5mm-to-RCA cord and it works perfectly. The sound is clear and clean when Bluetooth is used from my phone's apps and the range is good for my garage and driveway. Connected to my phone easily and for less than $15 I can use my garage stereo again.

This is the second one of these adapters I have purchased. I have two older stereos (one upstairs, one down, that used headphone adapter cords to attach to my cell phone. The new cells don't have headphone jacks, since everything's gone to bluetooth. This makes it easy to continue to stream from my cell. The company is very responsive, and checks in to make sure everything's working correctly for you. Highly recommend.

Works very well with my Sony MDR-V6 wired headphones and Pixel 7. Shown here plugged into the USB port of a monitor for power only. Great sound quality and ample volume. Syncs easily with my phone over Bluetooth. Recommend.

I was expecting a cheap sounding audio for my aux to cassette set up I have in my ancient car, but this evolved my car to have bluetooth without having to replace a whole entire dashboard box. Glad it sounds good and I havent had major issues so far. Probably the only thing I found was that when I turn my car off the disconnect for the audio gets peaked on the speakers, so I have to turn off my radio before turning my car off every time, but nothing to bad in my opinion.

If latency is an issue for you, then this is a very poor choice. I knocked one star off since latency is an issue for me. That said, this device seems to be excellent in all other regards. I would recommend it to someone who is simply trying to stream their music to another device. UPDATE: The transmitter and receiver are less than 3' apart. There is substantial drop out. I am adjusting the review from 4 starts to 1 and returning this item.

Initially I was looking for a different type of adapter to hook into my Bose desk top speakers when I found this little gem of ingenuity. My plan was to utilize the Bluetooth that's available with this adapter to sync with my phone so that I might listen to streaming music from my phone thru the Bose speakers. It was a very simple connection, and noted there was no "lag" when connected to my laptop, such as you'd experience with a surround sound system when watching movies. I've since used this connected adapter to interface with several other electronics through the Bluetooth, and it's phenomenal signal strength was impressive when incorporated into presentations I've had to show. This little adapter makes my life a little easier!
